Being plus size I always dread having to try on clothes let alone with an audience and an incredible amount of pressure. Wedding dress shopping really terrified me because I was so worried that the styles would be limited and the fits wouldn’t be flattering; but, when I came to ACS Formals I was so overwhelmed with choice and kind service. Amanda was fantastic and made my whole experience—she listened to my desired styles and then came back whisking a ton of dresses for me to try on. She didn’t even ask me or any of my bridal party their sizes—she just knew! From there she was awesome with telling us that if we didn’t like something we wouldn’t hurt her or the dresses’ feelings and we could be honest with how we were feeling about them. I ended up having a tough decision with more than three dresses I would have been happy to walk down the aisle in! I ended up saying yes to my dress here, and so did my bridesmaids and my mom! Thank you, Amanda and ACS Formal, for helping me feel beautiful and eager for my wedding. xoxo

Beyond grateful for Amanda at ACS Formals. I had a disaster of a situation happen when I sent my wedding dress for preservation (long story short, UPS lost it and after months of phone calls and emails with no resolution, I was so defeated and never thought I could replace it). I feel like it was fate that I came across an online post for the exact same dress and size at ACS Formals. Amanda was beyond kind by listening to my story and working late in to the night (on a long weekend!!) to send me pictures and ship the dress to me in Alberta as soon as possible. Aside from having the dress I was looking for in stock, she just made me feel like I can finally move on from this nightmare. She said she tells people "that their dress will ALWAYS find them (whether or not they buy it from us, it will find them)." And in my case, she said "It looks like yours found you twice! ;)" Just so down to earth and I can't say enough good things.

First off, absolutely fantastic service here. My first visit I was looking for a tuxedo with tails for an event and the gentleman who assisted me was extremely personable, got to know me as well as the need for the outfit. I'm top of this, for the fitting, I was in and out in all of 15 minutes, which was the next impressive detail. I'm top of this, the pricing was extremely competitive. If you're looking for formal wear, I highly recommend ACS.

I ordered my wedding dress from ACS Formals through preownedweddingdresses.com. The wedding dress was exactly what I was looking for, and Amanda & Johan were kind enough to send me more pictures so that I could see parts of the dress that weren't captured in the initial photos. Throughout my back-and-forth with them, they were extremely kind and helpful, and I truly enjoyed doing business with them.

It was dirty and crowded with old dresses. I was trying on dresses so I could get an idea of what I would like, and the "sales lady" told me I shouldn't even be trying anything on unless I was going to buy one THAT DAY. She didn't even give me the opportunity to fall in love with a dress. The staff was SO rude. I left immediately and made an appointment at another bridal shop, where I was treated with much more respect and found the dress of my dreams.

A little over priced, lots of selection but not much that anyone wanted, the staff are very nice that's about the only part we enjoyed! Worth a look if you are good with high prices

Went with my family and some bridesmaids and found the place to be not the most aesthetically pleasing. It was dirty and run down. Not many bridesmaids dresses and when we said nothing was jumping out at us the girl working there made a snarky comment back and was quite rude to the party on multiple occasions, we even noticed her roll her eyes at us to another employee. We would not recommend this place.
