WOW! From the very moment I booked my appointment I felt like Jennifer was part of my wedding team. Being a plus sized bride she eased all of my concerns about sizes and what would be available to me before I even stepped foot in her store. My appointment was an amazing experience for not only myself but my guests as well. Jennifer gently pushed me to try on things that I would have NEVER tired on my own terms. And of course - she was right! We hung out in our private room, we laughed, we tried not to cry and we just had an amazing UNINTERRUPTED time. Jennifer’s attention was all mine - and you don’t get that everywhere! Peggy came in to give her opinion on alterations and her honesty and professionalism was so refreshing. I will be driving an hour and a half to have that wonderful lady alter my dress - she knows her stuff! We are two days after my appointment and Jennifer is still helping me out ❤️????????. I know I am kind of rambling but I just have so many amazing feelings. You won’t be disappointed with your experience at The Wedding Lark! These ladies know what they are doing and they love it! Thanks so much girls ❤️

The service here is very friendly and the woman that was working there made an experience that was initially unpleasant to me, somehow enjoyable. Personally, dress shopping is a waste of money in my opinion. But she made it a lot less agitating to be there and I'd even say it pleasant because she was very welcoming and friendly. Not only that but the organization was great and it was very clean. The only thing I smelled was fresh clean air and the only thing that might be wrong with the entire place is a lack of selection. When I went in I thought there was gonna be more dresses but there was only less than a hundred.

Walked in to see if she could do a fitting for me because a friend was going to have a wedding in 6 months. She asked if everyone was buying a dress there or else she wouldn't do a fitting. I told her we are all trying on dresses at multiple bridal shops. She did not want to help me. I literally walked in, was judged, and then walked out. Lost a customer instantly.

I’m not even sure where to start! Vanessa made my appointment so special! I brought my mom and 5 year old niece to look at wedding dresses for the first time! The moment we walked through the door, we felt so welcomed and comfortable! Vanessa knows her stuff when it comes to gowns! She is so knowledgeable and friendly and really goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience! Thanks to Vanessa at the Wedding Lark, I said YES to the dress! She respected our budget and really made my experience more than I could imagine! I can’t thank you enough! I highly recommend all brides to book an appointment with you! ????

My experience at the Wedding Loft was good. The selection was adequate and the staff was helpful and pleasant; however, the owner was unable to provide a sales receipt for my dress, which she told me was due to a change in the software - I didn't find this right. The major issue that I had was with their recommended seamstress. I have heard of a few people being dissatisfied with her work before and unfortunately my wedding dress was one of them. I had to make a total of six trips down to Miramichi from Bathurst - two of these trips being the week of my wedding. I had my wedding shoes since the initial fitting and had only lost 5 lbs since the initial fitting as well. My dress was an expensive size 6 Allure dress. She fitted my dress as either an inexperience seamstress or as someone just cutting corners. The week of the wedding, the seamstress simply shrugged off my ill-fitting dress by telling me that I should gain some weight for it to fit properly. She was able to bunch a fist full of fabric around the waist and did not adjust it. I do not know very much about dress fitting and had put full trust in this seamstress. Although this review will not change how uncomfortable I was in my dress on my wedding day, I hope that it does prevent other brides from going through the same experience. During my final fitting, I had felt in the wrong, as though it was my fault for the way my body is; however, a competent seamstress should be able to make a dress fit any body type like a glove.

When I was in highschool I found most my prom and semi formal dresses here and always had a wonderful experience. Today, thanks to the amazing staff at The Wedding Loft, I said YES to the dress!! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I wanted (and helped me eliminate the dresses I didn't like). They were informative about the process and helped take the stress out of it. The private suite for the bridal party allows for a private and personal experience. It is so nice to see a local business grow and thrive. I highly recommend making an appointment.. you won't regret it! Thank you for the amazing memories I made today.

They have beautiful wedding dress but do not order bridesmaid dress from there... They will need major alteration.

I CANNOT says enough good things about Jennifer and Peggy !! These two ladies are angels in disguise! They are sooo thoughtful and caring. Bend over backwards for you. They have made my wedding day soooo much more enjoyable! Helping me in a time of need.
