The Kommon is a one-stop shop for all things wellness. The space that's been created here is beyond beautiful and also incredibly homey and comforting. It is a lovely space to meet for a nutritious treat or warm bevy (the elixirs= yum!) They also host valuable workshops that foster community and connection, such as cacao ceremonies, raw chocolate making classes and so much more. Wonderful body movement classes are also held there such as Buti yoga which is such a fun, energizing and grounding exercise practice. Not to mention, the owner Kat is the most lovely human you'll ever meet, and has staff who are equally as kind and helpful and are ready to answer any and all holistic health questions you have. There is too much goodness about this space to sum up in a review. Go check it out if you know what's good for you! Not only will you be supporting local business but your body/mind/soul will thank you. (:

The Kommon has so much to offer! The chill vibes and all the classes and goodies you can experience here are totally worth stopping by! My favs are the Mutha Earth Lunaverse blend as well as the fresh juice options! Go visit, you won’t be disappointed!

I nourish my body with Mutha Earth superfood products daily. The yoga and dance classes inspire growth and transformation. We are blessed to have this collaboration inspirational space located in the heart of our city!!!

The staff at the Kommon are so kind and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is great. There is a huge selection of natural products, I currently love the Reishi mushroom powder! They have yummy and healthy snacks and drinks made to order and body movement classes for all ages. Altogether, such a wonderful addition to the downtown area.

Love the mutha earth blends! They are amazing! Love the fit blend, I started taking it for my diabetes and I have seen a noticeable improvement on my blood sugars and I have so much energy now. Also started taking the lunaverse blend that has helped my hot flashes. Definitely recommend this to everyone! Awesome products at a good price and best of all is they are local!!!! ✨????✨????✨

Such a great communal feel here!! I feel like this space will help so many dreams come alive and help likeminded likemi come together in beautiful ways. I bought some art and a drink here and felt like I could spend hours browsing and learning about the various health products and classes they offer here. The Kommon is the best thing to come out of 2020 hands down! Just from walking by you can tell that this place is full of heart. I guarantee you everyone that walks through the doors will be smiling from ear to ear. The food is amazingly unique and delicious. The staff are super friendly, intelligent, and they are truly passionate about people’s health and wellness. We are blessed here in Medicine Hat to have such an amazing new spot to come together, learn, collaborate, and hang out with these inspiring individuals. 10/10 do recommend!

What they have done with the space is fantastic! They have created a calm and welcoming environment in both the main floor and the basement. Not to forget, the wonderful selection of natural smoothies, great quick on the go healthy food options, and more. They hold a variety of classes so make sure you check those out while your there. I am thankful a place like this is in our community.

Its a clean and well kept nuetral space that allows direction of creative flow and purposeful movement space. The program directors are thoughtful and heartfelt. The creators and elixer makers for our treats and drinks do so with heartfelt passion quality and purpose to nutrient our bodies while we navigate a new reality out there! Its important for me to put my $ where i feel passions and purpose these days. I feel an aligned unity at the Kommon that seeks to be a mothership for all of us to heal neutralize the outside world we are bombarded with and come To a softer more heartfelt space to lay our heads while we navigate this new awareness in the awakening process! Ok wow! This place is what Medicine Hat and southern Alberta has needed for a long time! I am comfortable knowing that anything that I purchase from there is beneficial to my health and wellness. The staff are so knowledgeable and kind, they really prove that they are here to make our community healthier and more unified. I love the Mutha Earth product line, and hope that more people can discover the benefits of consuming them regularly. So happy that we have something like this in Medicine Hat!!!

I absolutely LOVE the Kommon! The food and smoothies are so fantastic and there are tons of options regardless of your dietary needs. I cannot wait to try everything on their menu! The ladies who run the Kommon are kind and inviting and have really created a community space where you feel truly welcomed as soon as you walk in. The decor is super cute and they have comfy shares and couches for grabbing a smoothie with a friend, and big tables which are perfect for meetings and working remotely. The Kommon is sure to be an amazing community spot in Medicine Hat that fosters community, collaboration and co-creation! So thankful this gem of a place opened up.

The Kommon - where to start! What a unique and interesting concept. A creative space to co-create. Yummy healthy drinks and snacks. A wide variety of mushrooms that are good for your brain and gut (pre-biotics... the precursor to good health) homemade smoothies, elixirs and delicious sandwiches and ferments that are LOCALLY sourced. Tasty tasty Solstice juice co imported from down the road from a gal in lethbridge. groovy threads for sale from a gal in Fernie, BC, jewelry and glass art made locally in the hat for sale. There’s a yoga and movement studio, and downstairs there is more creative space. a podcast room with a green screen!!! A treatment room for massage and reiki. So much intention and detail into every corner or this space. You have to check this place out for yourself.

Kat & the other employees are the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind people who go above and beyond to point you in the right direction. Not only does The Kommon offer healthy choices for food and drinks, but they also host many yoga and meditation events. It’s even a wonderful space to pop in for a visit and read a book.

I am absolutely in love with this place!! Everyone that works here is SO kind, caring and always looking to help others :) From the medicinal powdered mushrooms and delicious elixirs, raw juices, smoothies and made in house yummy snacks and sandwiches and even pickles!! My favourite! Along side followed with the wide variety of yoga classes, meditations, movement classes, buti classes, sound healing and energy healing. This new found love of mine is anything but common. Kat and Linda and everyone else within this beautiful establishment opens up the space and their arms with unconditional love and free of any judgement. I will be spending a lot of my time here! It would be silly to not check out to see what this magical place has to offer.
