Excellent center that's well maintained and doesn't show it's age. The whole facility is dealing with COVID-19 very well, with masks, hand sanitizer being available everywhere, and social distancing being enforced by counts.

It's a baby, baby version of the Calgary Stampede, and it shows. I have the privilege (disdain) of going to both this year and I can honestly say that I haven't missed anything. It's been twenty years since I've actually been to the Calgary Stampede during Stampede time and it isn't pleasant at all and merely a cash grab. The Medicine Hat version isn't as much of a cash grab, but it sure has less to do, as well. I would think an evening with the kids would be wonderful for the family, if your children are prepubescent. I would think teens could be bored enough to get themselves into trouble. Nevertheless, I went just for the fireworks. The Friday ones took too long to get started and I had to go. I made a point of watching the Saturday show except, they didn't happen. What the......???

Lots of good Home & Garden exhibits and ideas, as well as several fun things for the children. Favourite table was CHAT TV????. I think the Bouncy Inflatable and Bungy Jumping should have been free for the children because we paid an entrance fee to get in and didn't expect to pay extra to use those two things.
