A great experience with wonderful staff! The hotel was clean and close to amenities. The free breakfast had a nice selection and my daughter loved the pool! There was plenty of parking and the hotel felt safe and secure. Our two night stay was quiet and enjoyable.

Nice and clean. Big rooms, i love the breakfeast set up here it maybe self serve and make your own but they have oatmeal,scrambled eggs,bacon (these are prepare all ready). Friut,toast,waffles. If you are looking for gluten free they have muffins.

This hotel was very nice. It had a grassy area to walk your pet and was close to amenities.

NOTE: I was only in this facility for a business meeting, so take my review with a grain of salt. But this hotel is in a great location, beside a Perkins, Tim Hortons, mall and movie theatre. Meeting room was large and clean, staff friendly and helpful and the coffee was much better than many hotels. Pool area is clean and standard for hotels in this class of establishment. Free parking.

I like this hotel, always have. The location is great for food and shopping as well as finding the hotel. Because it is not on the end of town that has the sports facilitites there is rarely groups of kids (not always an issue but something to note).

A quick overnight stay with a peasant and friendly welcome from the front desk clerk, to a lovely, clean and comfortable room and ending with a great breakfast, especially the muffins, ☺️ and a bubbly happy gal making sure all the breakfast items were in order. My first time here. Good value for your money, comfortable, great bed. I was most impressed by the front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. It's also right beside a Tim Hortons and a large shopping mall, and close to restaurants.

Typical older hotel, things are a aging. Room 210 had several water stains on the ceiling, very (like VERY UNCOMFORTABLE) soft matress and the mini fridge was off as per their enviromental policy. Fridge are useless if they are not cold when we check in. They might as well remove them. Not certain it was good value.

Our stay was very nice from check-in to check-out. Personnel at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection leaves nothing to be desired...a very good start to the day! Our great experience on the way to Banff made our decision to stay again at the Comfort Inn in Medicine Hat on the way home an easy one!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast had lots of variety including hot options. Great hot tub and great location. Have stayed here several times before and keep coming back. Last year we had the king suite with the Jacuzzi for a cheap price but this year did not get the same deal so stayed in a king suite.

Location was handy, next to the mall and right off the highway. The staff was awesome, we booked a room thru hotwire but then needed a 2nd adjoining room at the last minute which they were able to accommodate. We used both the pool and the fitness center and were happy with both. Rooms were pretty typical, even provided a mini-fridge but the best part was the bed. We had a great night's sleep on the extremely comfy mattress and would definitely stay there again. Complimentary Breakfast was provided in the morning and included fresh fruit and baked goods, waffles, pancakes, and sausage patties, eggs, and English muffins for a breakfast sandwich. Oatmeal was in instant packets and there was also yogurt cups and hard boiled eggs. Basically something for everyone.

Excellent stay at comfort inn in Medicine Hat (across from Medicine Hat Lodge). Quiet. Well appointed, very clean room with very good amenities. Excellent staff. Stayed two nights and enjoyed stay. Would definitely stay there again. Tim Hortons is right adjacent to the hotel.

Big clean room, comfortable pillows and bed, good breakfast, treat and a toy for our pet. Value for money.

We traveled all day and this was a welcome stop for overnight. The check in was speedy, the room clean,comfortable and quiet. The free hot breakfast was great with lots of other options. Check out was efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our short stay.

No breakfast, small shower blankets on the bed was small

We drove 12hrs with our twins, oldest son and dog. Not one hotel had a room or if they did our oldest would have to sleep on floor with extra blankets!!! (No discount offered $100+). We were ready to continue to Swift Current to find a hotel, but lucky enough, The comfort inn had a big enough room, where my oldest would have a bed AND we could have our dog! Upon checking in the staff was AMAZING!!!! So friendly and quick to get us checked in. Although the hot tub was not working at the time, we enjoyed the warm pool. This will be our hotel when we head back to the west coast, as well as any future travelling. Thank you so much
