Awful. Members of our group went through paypal and there was some glitch that resulted in a second email containing the "actual tickets with the barcode" not being sent. They had emails with confirmation numbers, but were not allowed admittance and had to rebuy at the door. Judy was curt, rude and the perfect example of ZERO customer service. She used phrases like "how do I know the payment went through, ticketmaster wouldn't let you in either" and even put her hand up in my face to cut me off and repeat herself. Judy happens to be an owner there and I would recommend not financing this awful behaviour.

Very fun place to check out during halloween, pretty cheap and you also get a little bit of a scare. Kind of in the middle of no where but I used google maps and there's usually signs closer to the location to tell you where to go. Tons of friendly staff to help you find a place to park/tell you where to get tickets/line ups etc. Also has decent fast food priced like any theme park.

I went with a group of people (8) five girls and us three guys. One of the employees before going into the barn of doom said it would be better if we split into two groups, we took her advice and I ended up with three girls. The girls had a blast and were genuinely scared throughout all three attractions. However as a guy I feel like the actors and "scarers" solely focused on them. I tried the front of the group the middle and the back with no difference at all, one time In the CarnEvil I was closely followed, but the actors didn't put half as much effort into trying to scare me as they did the three girls in any of the three "mazes". I would definitely say it's worth the $30 for the three attractions which each last roughly 10-15 minutes a piece. Go early as it gets busy quick after 9pm, like crazy busy. The props and costumes were all very impressive as were the layouts of the 3 mazes, I especially enjoyed concierges speech before entering the "hotel" or "barn of doom". Based on my experience alone I have to rate a 3/5 but I know the girls I was with would rate it a four or higher.

I went to Six Pines yesterday and very much enjoyed my experience and all the costumes and props in the haunted house and the effects of the fog and strobe lights are pretty cool. I'm a huge fan of Halloween and very much enjoyed checking out all the costumes and all the scares!

Had so much fun getting our pants scared off! The clowns are super scary and my husband loved Wolfie. Six pines change it up so it is different every year. The haunts are inside so you stay warm and dry even in the rain and snow. We had a smoky and poutine and then got our pictures taken with the Ghostbusters car in the gift shop. The Barn of Doom never disappoints and its hard to get Gary out of infinity tunnel. Can’t wait to go again on Gate night :)

Definitely a blast! While the initial fee to get in is a bit steep if you're wanting to bring your older teens along, the actors/creators are amazing at their jobs and deserve to be rewarded for it. Thanks, guys!

Tonight we went and had a great scary night at six pines!!!! The people there were awesome and the attractions were soo fun amd scary!! I screamed the whole time. My fav of the three was the bayou. Awesome light and laser special affects and the jump scares got me!!! The whole establishment was well organized and worth every penny!

Hum... where do I begin? Paid $100 to skip the line. Went to the ticket booth got brought straight to the front of Barn of Doom... before entering we were not told about any rules. Close to the end of the barn my partner tried to take a photo (again, not aware of the rules) and right away a female worker grabbed him and yelled at us ‘YOU’RE COMING WITH ME’ we were very confused and not told what was going on. We followed her but he was still being dragged agressivly and we asked what was going on. She begins to yell for other actors and two more came up. One male actor walked us into the wall coming right up to my face. Still not aware of what was going on my partner asked the woman not to drag him. We were not aggressive at any point and simply wanted to know what was going on. She finally began yelling that we had a phone out and they saw us and they have cameras to prove he was on his phone. Understandable that there are no phones allowed but tell people BEFORE entering the house and don’t assume everyone knows the rules and reads the signs (which we were notified about after) The medic excused this behaviour by saying they have issues with people resisting and getting physical and that it’s part of the actors ‘character’ even though we were getting kicked out. Why do they treat everyone like they are aggressive? Left feeling abused and disrespected. There should be no excuse to exert that kind of force on a calm customoster. Also, I was touched and grabbed in every single attraction and quite aggressively. Worst $100 ever spent. Terror on 12 is a much better experience... and much scarier (and cheaper). Oct.16/18 Response to Judy: I feel like I need to respond when your staff members are denying their actions entirely and not accepting any responsibility. The way they treated us was completely unacceptable. Reviewing the video footage would prove that. Firstly, we did not argue we were just asking what the problem was. Which at no point from the end of her 'room' to where the emergency exit was did the worker (female) tell us it was because of phones until we were at the emergency exit half way out the door. Instead she continued to raise her voice at us and not explain anything. We were not embarrassed at all to be 'called out' I am an adult woman with an adult man who respects rules entirely, when we are made aware of them. It was the utter disrespect and aggression your workers exhibited that made us question what was going on. If you review the video footage the female worker was dragging my partner by his coat even though he asked her multiple times to let go of him. Which was a more than reasonable request as we were walking with her agreeably. She had no need to exert aggression onto us. As we were walking toward the exit she called two other workers - both men. Which were about half a foot taller then me, one of the male workers then cornered me and came into my personal space and the other male worker did the same to my partner - which can also be seen in video footage, even though we were cooperating and headed towards the exit. At that point we actually requested to be taken to the medic, as your workers did not handle this situation properly, and we felt the need to discuss with a more reasonable person. Also I think I caused some confusion , this happened in the first attraction we attended. So at no point did we see any rule postings or have any reviewed with us. Perhaps that's something you should tell people when they purchase/pick up their tickets.

Left a review last year, and received a response by whom I assume is the owner. Now, here for the owner is the definition of a review: a formal assessment or examination of something with the possibility or intention of instituting change if necessary.. That said, a person in party had left the review we compiled together on the Facebook page (which has since been deleted, not by us). Upon reading other people’s reviews, they seem to not handle criticism very well. I had mentioned last year that the actors were grabbing and pulling hair, but of course myself and everyone else who has wrote a review about it is wrong - at least the owner who responds makes you believe that. Any who, it’s that time of year, and criticism is bound to happen... so hopefully changes have been made this year, I may consider to return this year ( as I have come the 4 years in row). If I do return and the experience is better, my review will potentially improve. To the owner, if you receive a bad review - take it as it is. Apologize the customer had a bad experience. Instead of blaming the customer, look at what you can do better to make sure these things don’t happen again.
