Colin & I were married on September 19th in Renfrew, and I just want to give a huge shout-out to Valley Tent for everything they did for us. From our very first e-mail, they were nothing but amazing with reassuring us that everything would be looked after and that they had everything that we needed. They set up/dropped off everything a few days before our wedding, which gave us extra time to make sure we had everything set-up perfectly! We worked closely with Kayla for our 2021 wedding reception after having to reschedule because of the pandemic. The service was amazing, she is so incredibly friendly and thoughtful and I would absolutely work with her again. Her and her staff made everything so easy for us especially after the decision to postpone. Set up and tear down was done quick and efficiently and her staff was very friendly when onsite. Recommend them for any and all of your event needs!

We first hired VTPR in 2019 for our June 2020 wedding, which due to Covid was rescheduled for July 2021. They were extremely responsive and flexible when it came to changing our dates, rented materials and quantities. We rented everything we needed from them, including the tent, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cutlery and more. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning an outdoor wedding in the Ottawa Valley.

We rented a tent, tables, chairs, and accessories from Valley Tent for our August 2020 wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with the quality and service! We planned our wedding on a short timeline and so first reached out to Valley Tent only 4 weeks before the big day. Our sales representative, Kayla, was very prompt in her responses, did a site visit to advise on the size and type of tent that would suit the particular location, and even provided some helpful advice for planning details outside the products that Valley Tent was supplying. She was extremely flexible (e.g., allowing us to modify our rental order up to 5 days before the event), and went above and beyond in helping us to source a particular item elsewhere that was not available for rent in-house. Valley Tent offered excellent value for money – we were so pleased with the high quality and pristine condition of all of the rentals!

I had to share my experience working with Kayla & Brad at Valley Tent Rental. These guys are truly amazing! We got married on September 8th this year in Maynooth, and they were instrumental at ensuring we had their tent for our special day. Kayla came out to do a site visit with us prior to setup, and Brad was there to make us feel comfortable on the day of setup. The team work efficiently to get things up so we had time to decorate and prepare for the day. The comments we got on the appearance, cleanliness and everything to do with the venue for the day was amazing. I am still getting asked for their contact information for folks planning events in the area. I would highly recommend reaching out to them--- this duo & their team is amazing, and we just loved our experience working with them!
