Great selection of merchandise for any occasion you can think of. The go to place if you need supplies for children's parties (an entire aisle of treat bag items) the customer service is often hit or miss when visiting. Mainly the cashier. They are either very chatty and helpful or barely mutter a hello.

Visited this store and picked out over twenty items. Waiting over ten minutes with one cash open and another employee blowing up balloons. Asked if they would open another cash as there were several people behind me the employee doing the balloons stated they only had one cashier. We left our items and walked out. What is the incentive to go back and shop there.

I tried to avoid this place thinking it would bankrupt me. To my surprise they were a bit cheaper than their pop up competition. The selection is a bit limited to mostly costume accessories. However we found what we were looking for and for a good price. The staff are nice and helpful. The only problem is their checkout area is a long cramped area. Where people have to lean over the counter to let others by. Other than that. I can't complain.

I was in to purchase a Harry Potter balloon . You were out of stock. The young man quickly suggested that they have a bouquet . He got it, filled them while asking what the favourite house was so the ribbon could be done in the right colour ! Great job by this young man !

Terrific selection and good prices. Store was very clean and shelves were stocked. Store was staffed with 2 people. Waited at the cash for almost 15 minutes while another customer was asking questions about balloons and getting them filled. Asked the guy if there was anybody else in the store to cash us and the 4 people behind us out and he replied yes. But didn't call or page anybody. Then he takes the balloon lady and cashes her out 1st. A second cashier shows up and asks for the next person in line which was us. But all of our stuff, including a helium tank was on the counter and she decided to open the very last cash in the store. So the ppl behind us go to her and we wait for the male to stuff helium balloons in a bag for the other lady. ????????

The store is clean but the staff didn't seem happy at all. We bought 12 balloons and within 12 hours, 8 weren't floating anymore. In 24 hrs none are floating. Clearly they didn't put enough high float in any of the balloons. The cashier said there was only a 12hr guarantee and then when we came back to pick up our order she was telling another lady it's a 24hr guarentee. I buy balloons at least 4 times a year and wont be buying them again from that store. At 36hrs half the balloons are actually shrinking. Very disappointing. At other locations I have had balloons that last months and it brings such joy. In this world right now is it all that terrible to use a decent amount of high float to bring some joy. I would bet people would pay extra for them to last longer if there was an option. Just my thoughts.

We ran into a couple of issues with the balloons that are $12.99 busting on us before making it to the event. Both times they were understanding and refunded me no questions asked. One time I had even waited a week to go in and talk to them about due to my schedule and inability to make it there as we live outside the city where I bought it. I was expecting so much when I went in to the store. The selection is fantastic, but it felt dirty and dusty. We had to go through the entire store, isle by isle u til we found what we needed. I feel like the isles could be labeled up at the front so that people can get in and out. I found many of the items to be spendy for what they are. I don't know what else to say besides that the overall feel of the store could be improved easily but that attention to detail would change the entire atmosphere of the store.

The manager is very rude and degrading. Had the nerve to accuse me of stealing when exchanging my Halloween costume last week all because I needed a smaller size and because when I bought it,it didn't have the cardboard photo of the costume. I even had my recipt. It was so bad once he walked away the staff were shocked at his behavior and supportive with my choice to never shop there again. Needless to say I'll never go back.
