A complete pleasurable experience! Selecting a wedding gown, bridesmaid’s gowns, and attire for mothers can be overwhelming and stressful. Lovebird Bridal Boutique consultants help simplify while keeping the experience special and significant! The gowns are beyond beautiful, the boutique itself is lovely, and the staff work very hard to accommodate a bride’s budget. Located in the heart of Historic downtown Kingston, it’s worth making a day of it for out-of-towners, as well!

When shopping for your wedding dress, you must go here! All the staff are wonderful but Christina is the real deal. She listened to everything I wanted but also brought in dresses that she thought would fit my wedding theme. As it turns out, I went with a dress that she brought in, nothing of what I thought I wanted. It was my first and last stop... when you know, you know. Thanks for all the help ladies! Near or far, it it is definitely worth the drive.

I had a lovely appointment with Emily today. This shop was my first stop ever for trying on dresses. Emily asked me my likes and dislikes in dresses and pulled a bunch of beautiful gowns that were exactly what I was looking for. I told her I was interested in a certain designer and she found all the gowns by that designer that fit my look for me to try on. She also offered to grab some gowns that were outside my desired look so that I could eliminate them, and was never pushy about it. I felt really accommodated and listened to, and definitely did not feel forced to buy anything. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We had an appointment with Lindsey on March 31st to look at some bridesmaid dresses and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the knowledge she had to show us some dresses! We were back today to double check the colours and we were not disappointed by the excellent service by the other team members as Lindsey was not there at the time. I can't express how amazing the staff at Lovebird have been since I first contacted them, though I never actually made it to the shop, I was able to purchase my dream shoes for my wedding from their boutique over the phone and had them promptly shipped to me. They were communicative and helpful every step of the way and endlessly patient with me while I sorted out details on my end. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I can't say enough good things about Lovebird Bridal! They were so wonderful in helping me pick the perfect wedding dress. Of all the bridal stores I went to, I never felt such personal care and attention as at Lovebird. I really valued the attention they give to their brides. I also bought my veil here and my MOH got her dress here too, and every time I went into the store the staff were so helpful and joyful. Beautiful store but obviously need an appointment on Saturday. If you walk in all staff are too busy to help walk-ins. Also went in at lunchtime and they were not interested in helping me as lunch was more important than customers.

I haven’t looked at dresses yet. I just wanted to see and maybe get an idea. The sales associate was totally rude. She told me I needed an appointment. I said I had one for tomorrow and she said she had a group coming in and they would take precedence. That was fine... again I was just looking but she was so rude. NEVER would I give them my business.

Very bad experience at this boutique recently. Dress consultants constantly whispered about both me and my bridesmaids as well as pushed sales immediately upon starting the important. But worst of all, continued to mention to one bridesmaid how they wouldn't have much available in "her size". It was disgusting. It ruined her day and we decided to leave the appointment early. We are all beautiful, and I believe in women who support women instead of tearing them down. Would definitely not recommend.

I would suggest this place to everybody. They have very friendly staff who worked with me on finding a dress within my tight budget without making me feel any less then an A list client. They were very helpful, and accommodating. The best part was that the plus size dress options weren't just a small section - they had lots of size 16-18 dresses for me to try, and made me feel comfortable if they needed to fake the look with a smaller size. The girls had lots of suggestions when I had commented on things that I liked about a particular dress, and would even pull up information and photos online if they didn't have that colour or cut in store. This is hands down the best bridal boutique in Kingston.

My experience at Lovebird Bridal surpassed even my highest expectations. Emily was the perfect consultant and made me feel like the most beautiful bride. The prep work that they do to understand a bride's vision before you even arrive for your appointment blows every other bridal salon out of the water. They asked for links to my wedding pinterest board, had me take a short survey to determine my style and asked questions about my wedding as a whole. I visited another salon and found only one dress that I "liked". At LoveBird Emily helped me narrow it down to 3 dresses that I absolutely fell in love with. I came back for a second appointment to try on these same dresses because I just couldn't decide which one I loved more and ended up saying yes to the dress. We celebrated with sparking cider and pictures in the beautiful loft. If all of this wasn't enough, I received a hand written note in the mail from Emily after my appointment! It was so sweet and I can not recommend her and LoveBird Bridal enough!

Located in downtown Kingston, in a historic building full of charm and character, you'd be hard pressed to find the kind of experience in many other local bridal shops. Absolutely amazing store and staff! I was helped by Emily who was so friendly and picked out amazing dresses for me to try. It was my first time trying on dresses and the 2nd one I tried I purchased! They have a decent size selection there so many of the dresses I tried were already in my correct size so it was easy to envision how I’d look on the day. I can’t recommend them enough!

They have some nice dresses. However, it depends on your taste. But me! Didn't impress me really. One also bad thing is that you can't buy immediately you have to order and wait for four months which is annoying.

As a new bride I had no idea really how big this day truly was. The girls (Olivia and Emily) made me feel so special from the second I walked through the door with my family! The boutique is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been in and was filled with so much love. I appreciate how comfortable they made me feel, and were patient and so helpful the entire time. Plus, they somehow picked the absolutely perfect dresses for me to try on! I fell in love with the third dress I tried- and later purchased :)- only needing to try on a few after! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lovebird, and thank you for giving me an experience I’ll remember forever. :)

Pros! - Booking through their website is a breeze and the simple questionnaire allows them to understand your style in advance so you can make the most of your appointment (can even include links to your pinterest boards) - calm and cheerful staff (Emily and Moira!) - comforting and supportive atmosphere - excellent trendy gown selection - separate viewing rooms - beautiful building - instagram showcases current dresses The historic building itself along with separate viewing rooms (main and upper level) provided a unique atmosphere and comforting experience. But Emily made my appointment absolutely exceptional! My mom and sister joined through video call so Emily not only catered to me but also my viewing party! She held the camera up for them, got all the angles, answered all our questions and took photos for me to view later. She was incredibly kind and patient and helped me confidently say YES to the dress at my first apt.!

From the moment I stepped into the bridal salon I was in awe. The atmosphere is extremely light and bubbly, and not overwhelming at all, there are separate areas for brides to have their appointments that way you aren’t influenced by others around and you have a more private experience. Emily is incredible, I described what I was loving so far in dresses and the very first dress that she pulled was the one I said yes to! Emily herself was so extremely professional and polite, and I would recommend her to anyone, she made you feel excited and was your hype girl for your entire appointment! Amazing experience from start to finish! From the minute I walked in I was treated warmly by all of the staff. I had tried on dresses at a few places before and lovebird bridal far surpassed these previous experiences. I had a lovely private space with plenty of room for family and so much natural light for my appointment. The two bridal consultants hosting my appointment were incredibly helpful, and I felt an instant trust and ease with them. They listened to me and provided great options and feedback, and they did such a fabulous job of selecting that I ended up finding and purchasing my dress that day! Once I had chosen, they provided a celebratory drink and an “I said yes to the dress” sign for pictures! The shop is unique and so beautiful, I had such an enjoyable time, would highly recommend! This place is beautiful and the staff are amazing! Rachel Moulton was the bridal consultant that helped my party out and she was just amazing! I had bought a dress from another place in the states and I was having second thoughts about it, she allowed me to bring it in and she jacked me right up and I fell back in love. I bought the veil and head piece from there and my girls brought their dresses. She knew exactly what I wanted for me and my wedding party! She listened and had made suggestions and made this experience so enjoyable! This place is the best around! The way they treat you is amazing and they make everyone feel so special! Thank you for making my experience memorable! all staff was so welcoming and nice! This place is definitely one of a kind and I strongly suggest to go here! I went to Bridal Creations and left in tears because the sales people were so rude and pushy, and did not listen, told me to lose weight before looking for wedding dresses ( and I'm not even a plus size) I had given up and did not care about finding dresses or veils or anything until I came here! I am now back to being a excited and happy bride thanks to Rachel Moulton and Lovebird Bridal Boutique!

Love the renovations. Food still great. New owner was a little skittish about me now having my service dog with me, but was OK with it after I showed him her ID and Service Dogs Canada registration. Great service from the waiting staff, and food still very good.
