We booked a birthday party here. It was well worth it. Cheaper than most places we found. The bouncy castle provided was amazing and the staff were really helpful and supervised the kids while in it. A really fun birthday party for the kids.

This place changed my life I was so anxious and wouldn't leave my house and a friend took me with them to the teen program and my life changed forever they gave me so many amazing opportunities like a volunteer position and a job I also met so many amazing people who I became life long friends with I would recommend this place to anyone of any age

Oh my goodness. The after school program is amazing. Wonderful staff. My kids used to be in YMCA after school program. They begged me to pick them up early every day. Now? They beg me not to come until as late as possible. ????????????

Very nice facility. Change-rooms are gorgeous. Pool is nice but there is no deep end. Bouncy castles for birthday parties. Lots of rooms for games and sports. Clean. Swim lessons offered through the city's recreation programme. Small seating area inside pool area for parents during lessons. Do not require a pass card from the city to access the facility (unlike Artillery Park).

My nephews have birthdays close together and my brother's family lives in Ottawa but all of their family and friends live here. They rented the jungle gym area and the party room area. We had pizza and other food my brother and sister in law provided. I think they should have booked a bit more time because of the ages of the boys. We had to clean up and leave really quickly after our meal. I was walked to the party by a staff member and they were helpful when we didn't have a string for the piñata! Great area for small children to be small children!!!

Was very impressed with the boys and girls club. Took our daughter in for a swim and to play in the Early-On centre. Facility was remarkably clean and the staff was very friendly and quite helpful!

Swimming pool, lots of activities, playplace, lots to do for kids. Its geared towards kids with a variety of options including various birthday parties. It's a big space. Sometimes indoor clippers soccer mini sessions too.

Very Friendly Staff. My daughter has been coming here for summer camp for almost 5 years now. The camp leaders are very good with the kids and really.take the time to know them and properly interact. Nice big pool and swim time every day. Highly recommend them if looking for summer camp for your child

I love almost everything, my son does the after school program and we frequent several playgroups, but I REALLY miss the drop in hours for the play structure. The new times just don’t work for us, and with 3 very active kids under the age of 3 looking for more active indoor opportunities as the weather is turning colder, this is no longer a great option. 3 stars because it is such a blow to several families I know

Love the facility itself. However Im very unimpressed with their customer service. Anytime I call I can never get anyone on the phone. Tried to book a bouncy castle threw them for an offsite party after being told they were the only place in the city that had the right certification for my event. I left multiple messages and never recieved a call back from anyone. Called a month and some in advance for my childs birthday and never got a call.

My girls play indoor soccer there in the winter and I just had a fifth birthday party in the back room using their jumpy castles highly recommend the room, supervision at the jumpy Castle, and no mess or spills at your house. Staff is awesome super helpful and friendly

Spent a lot of time here with my first kid in the EarlyON program. The staff were always so wonderful. Can't wait for everything to re-open again to bring my 2nd kid out there to have some fun. The indoor jungle gym is awesome (and big enough for parents to crawl through with the little ones).
