I was the MOH in a wedding and the chairs for the ceremony and reception were rented from here. It stated on the bill of sale that the chairs would be delivered at 2pm but we received a call at 9am stating the chairs were on their way. They then delivered them in the wrong spot and when we contacted them to move the chairs to the correct spot John was extremely rude and used inappropriate language to the brides mother. He then proceeded to call back 5 times and when speaking to the bride he threatened to come and pick up the chairs and take them away completely. Obviously, rightfully so, the bride got extremely upset so myself and another bridesmaid had to drive to the ceremony spot an hour and a half before the wedding to make sure the chairs were only taken to the correct spot and not taken away completely. I will NEVER give any of my business in any way to party centre, John has completely dragged their name through the mud and obviously has zero customer service skills and could frankly care less about his customers in my opinion.

Party Center is our go to place when it come to rentals for any occasion. We've had the ability to work with them in the past and they have provided us with the most spectacular service that we could ask for. Whether it be booking it ahead of time or last minute changes, they are bale to deliver for us. Thank you for your outstanding service and can't wait to work with you again!
