I went into this feeling so out of my comfort zone but Diana (#2792) did a great job of making me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my session (eyelash extensions and make-up) - for context, I have never had my eyelashes done before and I really don't wear make-up. She also did my maid of honour’s and another bridesmaid’s make up and they were both stunned with the final looks. Janellene (badge number 0209) did my final bridemaid and my mom’s makeup and they looked gorgeous as well. My mom could not stop commenting about how great she felt she looked with the makeup job that was done! I was in awe of how beautiful they made everyone look. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs their hair or make up done!

I went to Beautybox for the hair and makeup for my wedding. They were great. The eye makeup was too dark for my liking at the pre-run and she listened and made it work for me at my wedding. I had so many compliments that day on how great it looked. I would highly recommend employee 7677. She was amazing. The hair looked great but as expected in the heat the curls didnt last. That is no fault of theirs. It was a scorcher. They were friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back.

Amanda and her team did my grad makeup. As someone who does not wear full glam makeup ever, I can honestly say this is the most confident and beautiful I've ever felt! Aside from the makeup lasting over 14 hours without having to be touched up, the beautiful mink 3D lashes, and hair that stayed up all day, Amanda was so so so friendly and funny and made the process even more enjoyable. This is the place to go!!!

On the day of my best friend's wedding not only was the entire team 2 HOURS late, resulting in the bridesmaids having to choose between getting their hair or makeup done, Beauty Box decided to change our bride's hair stylist! Resulting in our bride getting a hair style she did not like and the girl having to redo it. The level of unprofessionalism was outrageous! The most embarrassing part... the photographer pulled the head stylist aside to tell her they owed the bride an apology!

Super happy with the service! Both Amanda (Badge no. 3421) and Miyoung (Badge no. 3220) made me feel very comfortable and met all my expectations with the make up and hair trial. My only regret is that I unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid restrictions. I ended up having to do both hair and make up by myself and I can honestly say I am much happier and willing to paying for professionals than doing it myself for free.

I specifically came for that product because the price is cheaper than sephora. Bad customer service to still have them on the shelf. I didn't take any of my other items because of that.

My 13 year old daughter went in for a private Tween make up lesson. Jaz was great with her. She applied incremental make up from a more natural look to fully glamed up. Jaz even had my daughter practice her application techniques on me. My daughter thourougly enjoyed her experience. thank you Jaz!

***ALERT ALL BRIDES BEWARE*** ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**Very unprofessional and did not provide “quality service”. Not punctual.Five days before the wedding, I got a text (not a phone call) from Amada informing me the hairdresser who did my trial,she is not available to do my wedding day hair. I was leaving the city in 4 days and my schedule was full with other appointments. I was leaving the city in 4 days and my schedule was full with other appointments.I asked if the hairdresser could come to me for a trial and was told no. I rescheduled myself to be available for a time that suited the hairdresser and NOT myself. My appointment for the trial was at 12:30 pm. The hairdresser was about ½ hour late. I advised the hairdresser I had a nail appointment at 2:30pm.The hair appointment was not going too well. I addressed my hair concerns to Amanda who advised she would speak to the stylist.My wedding was 2.5 hours outside of Winnipeg (on a Saturday). The Thursday before the wedding I advised Amada that my bridesmaids didn’t want hair and makeup done as they were on a budget.Amanda advised me that their policy is for out of town wedding is that 3 or more people need hair and makeup done. I got enough people to meet that requirements.Three women (hair & makeup), myself bride (hair & makeup), and my daughter (flower girl hair). Total of 4 hair and makeup services. Amanda was provided a pin drop, texted directions and a google map link of the cabin location where the hair and makeup would be done.My wedding was to start at 11 a.m. sharp as our reception was in Winnipeg at 6:30 p.m. It was a 2.5-hour drive back to Winnipeg.By 8:30 a.m. I still have NOT heard from Amanda. Due to cell reception where I was located phone calls were dropped easily so I texted Amanda asking her where she was.Amanda informed me she was till an hour away.I was extremely upset because this meant that her team would not be at my cabin until 9:30am.I texted Amanda again asking how it will be possible to do 4 hair and makeup by 11 a.m.Amanda advised me to tell my girls to pick “SIMPLE LOOKS” as this would be a “REAL PUSH” for time. 9:36AM Amanda’s team arrives (Amanda (makeup), Alexis (hair) and Anastasia (makeup). It was a frantic rush. Nothing was done to a 100% satisfaction. My hair was absolutely horrible. I started crying. This was literally the worst nightmare a bride could have. I had them re-do my hair. TWO of my bridesmaids did NOT get their hair done because we were already so behind. My photographer got to my cabin for 10:30 am as agreed so she got take getting ready photos. My photographer had to pull Amanda aside and explain that she is being paid by the hour and this 2-hour waste of time is not acceptable for a bride to deal with on her wedding day! I had to pay my photographer overtime because THE BEAUTY BOX BY SHERIFF did not show up on time.I was 2 hours late for my own wedding because the team did not show up on time. In the end I ended up with a comb over with curls which is not what I wanted at all.The next day Amanda’s team called me asking how I’d like to pay the remaining balance of just under $400.00 after I had already paid a deposit of $600.00. I felt totally used and was very upset they felt I owed them more money. They knew everything that day did NOT go well. I was never given an apology. I felt like I was just a number to them and their mistakes did not matter. I explained to Amanda that: I incurred extra costs. My guests had to wait 2 hours Two hair styles for my girls did NOT get done. I did not believe I should pay them any more money. Amanda did not see the situation the way I did. She said my emotions that day got the best of me and it was my fault they were late because I didn’t tell them what time they should have been at my cabin. Amanda said she had written down on paper that all the hair and makeup had to be done at 11 NOT 10:30. In any event it was finished at 1 p.m. not 11 a.m. She threatened to take me to court to get the remainder of the money.

I was one of the bridesmaids to a wedding that The Beauty Box by Sheriff did the services for. I was not impressed with their professionalism. They showed up late. They rushed everything because there were 1.5 hours late. The bride had to get her hair done twice causing her to be TWO HOURS late for her wedding because the first hair style was NOTHING LIKE her trial hair. The company then tried to turn around their mistake on the bride and her bridesmaids saying it was all THIER fault and NO fault of their own. TWO of the bridesmaids did NOT get their hair done. They left the bride in tears. The bride then was slammed with a bill, that I personally feel as a civilian was NOT right especially after what had all happened. The bride had paid 50% of the services and this company expected MORE money. I'm sorry that is NOT how one should treat their clients on any level. They mad a mistake YES... but mistakes like this should be recognized and FIXED, usually a situation like this ends in some kind of compensation for the client. ANYWAYS... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY they are unfair and do not abide by their own RULES and REGULATIONS Their website states on the FAQ page 1) We are reliable -NO YOU ARN"T 2) Quality Services-PERFESSIONALISM- DEFINETLY NOT Beauty might be your business but you LACK the ability to BE A BUSINESS. A GOOD ONE - AVOID THIS COMPNAY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

I recently had my hair and makeup done for my wedding. Amanda did my make up and it was the best experience!! And the hair, omg, everyone looked stunning and the staff is just amazing!! Punctual, friendly and effiecient! The only upsetting part was how things worked out with the bill, it ended up being almost double what i was quoted. I didnt find out until i recieved my recepit in my email. The company did explain and go tthrough where the miscommunication was and offered a discount for future services which was nice.
