We had the pleasure of working with Holly at Evergreen weddings recently while working under covid19 restrictions. Working during the pandemic in the event industry has been difficult and us vendors have had to stick together. Holly was organized and professional and very respectful of wearing a mask and keeping her distance. Holly had done so much prep. work prior to the wedding that the day of the actual wedding she was in and out without us really knowing. Holly took on the challenge of coordinating my wedding day 2 weeks before my big day due to the increased COVID-19 measures that were implemented where I was now in need to find a completely new venue. She made sure everything was ready for us without me having to lift a finger that day. She was there to make sure all vendors set up everything appropriately while sticking to our planned schedule.The ceremony went so smooth, and she worked closely with my MC and the restaurant to make sure the reception was amazing and fun. We hired Holly as a day-of coordinator. We already had a vision for the day but Holly made it come to life and run smoothly. She was very organized and professional, and helped us fill in any gaps we had in our plans and made sure we weren’t missing anything leading up to the day. When having the wedding on our own property, we knew that having someone to make sure the little details of the day didn’t get forgotten would be important. Having the peace of mind that someone had the timing and details in mind and itinerary for things to run smoothly was important to us, we didn’t want that to have to fall on a family member, ourselves, or a guest. When nothing really goes wrong in the day, it’s almost hard to leave a review, as funny as that sounds; but that’s proof that her process works and that she has the experience behind her to make sure your day is as perfect as it can be. We didn’t have to worry about much that day, and we could just enjoy ourselves and each other. Thank you Holly for being the silent hero of the day.

Holly was able to execute her vision while being half way across the country and navigating the changing restrictions of Covid-19. We appreciated the timeline of events that was sent to us prior to the day so we could see how the day would run.
