Honestly the worst location I've ever been at. It's unfortunate there is only 1 rbc location in north bay now. I will be switching banks because of the terrible service here. 3rd time booking an appointment.

This company are so not honest and not reliable .She ask me do favor import the product in China,and her employee promise she will pay for us after the product delivery ,but after the product arrive ,she pay nothing and tease me .Doing business can not be like that ! When she purcase the product in China ,I even offer the free hotel for serve her ,but look at what she had done to me ,it is so shame for her .If the owner are have so bad personality ,she surely will not treat her customer well!

I've gotten good service in the past but as of late it's just really bad. Bought a new home and tried to get a blended mortgage but just ended up being ignorned for weeks on end and not calling back on promised days. Got my new mortgage elsewhere and might start moving all my services over to another bank.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this branch. It would be nice if the employees knew how to do their job and the branch manager would have put the customer first. This is only one issue that we have with this bank. The branch manager stood by and allowed an employee to embarass and be rude to myself and my husband in front of customers and employees. We have experienced terrible service since June 2020.

Have been trying to get in touch with someone from the Branch because I am receiving mail for someone who hasn't lived at this address for 12 YEARS!!!!!!! Impossible to speak with ANYONE unless you have an RBC card or credit card. SUPER FRUSTRATING!

highly dissatisfied with the service from the people at this branch, bordering on unprofessional. No sense of follow-up for requests, questions, communications. Permitting people that are not authorized on accounts to transact on accounts, simply because they know the person. Worst banking experience ever - repeatedly.

Wow. So glad I'm not a Royal bank account holder. I ordered a special promotion credit card online. For some reason, RBC has a policy that new cards MUST be sent to a branch - funny how other banks don't have this policy but stay in business. So, after a 20 minute special trip, we wait behind two people for about 10 minutes, then it takes us about 10 min to get the cards. By this time there was a huge line behind us (glad we came when we did as those people were likely there for 30min). after all that, we asked to use the bathroom and found out they don't have a courtesy bathroom for customers. Well, the card was meant to be a hook, but I can say both Scotia and TD are far superior banks when it comes to telephone customer service, policies, and branch customer service.

Honest people. The people at RBC mad me feel valued about my business and investing - I'm switching from TD given the track record of historical average for investment returns, high quality service, honesty and integrity. I sat down with Danielle and she laid out everything perfectly and engaged in stimulating, meaningful conversation about the future. I see diversity in the bank - not your average white washed suit and tie bank, but people from different backgrounds. It's wonderful! I'm hoping to have a good, long lasting relationship with the people at RBC with my asset management. Excellent customer service and understanding of multiculturalism. I'd highly recommend them.

Continual misrepresentation and lies. Promised callbacks and resolutions to issues and never called back. No contact. This bank is horrible and does not offer any services, just takes points away, allows fraudulent transactions and then penalizes with insufficient funds as a result of their allowed fraud. Employees are heartless and useless, no issues are ever resolved. Avoid this terrible bank as they will create a sea of problems while emptying your account with fees. Useless trying to call as there is no access to branches over the phone. Avoid RBC at all costs.

Automated service is garbage ...I agree... Virtual assistant is not effective in understanding requests. To speak to an actual person...I gave up after an hour. No direct line to my branch. I had a simple question. Also looked on R B C app... Could not find answer.

I wanted to speak to a representative on the phone. I called the branch number. I got a virtual voice and the virtual voice wouldn't give me a rep or help with my question. I was surprised when he said thank you and hung up. Wow!!! What a ridiculous, rude and annoying experience. I am sure I will remember it for a long time. It makes a good story. Worst customer service I've ever had.

Can’t talk to anyone. Tried to call to speak to someone but you can’t talk to anyone on the phone. And the automated phone services hangs up on you and I try to book an appointment on my app and it will not do it it’s pathetic that nobody wants to talk on the damn phone anymore
