This was the WORST EXERIENCE of a wedding planner. I would have rather done this all myself. She came for free food (insisted we order subway for lunch) and to order us not to chew gum essentially. She took our family members place in line to get the last of a certain dish that was popular. She told us she was going to help with clean up and when we looked at our dishes we RENTED the glasses were all BROKEN as she did not pack them into the containers they came in amd instead tossed wine and water glasses into tupperware bins all together completely unsorted and we now owe money to the rental companies. We informed her of this and she did not care. She did not set up many things we asked her to set up (numerous times) for the wedding, and left early. I had many people come to me after and complain that she ordered my friends and family to do the job she was in charge of instead of doing it herself. Do NOT go with Kim it will be a complete waste of your money and you may end up losing money in a scenerio like ours. Steer clear.

I have assisted and been with Kim in quite a few events she has coordinated and She has been nothing but professional and polite to everyone she has worked with. I have seen her take a total meltdown bride and turned her around to a happy calm bride in no time flat. I have seen her solve problems, which would have ruined an event, and not tell anyone what she did so that no one was the wiser. Kim is a very hard worker and strives to make sure it is the best event (wedding, Grad, Anniversary) possible. I have seen her in action and worked beside her and you cannot have a better Fairy Godmother on your side.
