I purchased a number balloon for my son's birthday, but also had some other balloons I wanted to get filled. I was given mixed answers about bringing the balloons in to get filled. They said the quality of my balloons weren't good and couldn't fill..then she told me they could fill them for $2.50 each. Seems a bit expensive. Tried to support a local business but ended up taking them to Safeway to get filled for cheaper. Just was frustrating.

I received exceptionally helpful and friendly service. Had to place an order from Ontario, the owner was more than happy to help and make the delivery a surprise, even sent me a picture before delivering. He picked up a cake to go along with the balloons and all accounts from the recipient are this was the best cake ever! I will definitely remember this store for next time!

The Tickle Trunk came to our rescue with balloons for our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration! We had ordered balloons from Amazon.com, filled them up with helium the day before our celebration, and woke up the next morning and all of the balloons were laying on the floor. I called Hal from the Tickle Trunk and he was so kind, friendly, and helpful!! He assembled 5 balloon bouquets for us and delivered them to our front door the same day!!!! I would highly recommend the Tickle Trunk for balloon bouquets. I live in Alberta and requested a balloon bouquet to be delivered in Kelowna. Rob went out of his way to source the perfect balloons, even went shopping for the perfect chocolate to accompany the balloons. The delivery was on time and the delivery man even called me to confirm a successful delivery and give me an update on how it went. This company definitely went out of it's way to provide personal touches! Highly recommend

Hal and his crew were absolutely amazing at their work! When you are planning a conference for over 300 people and you need your Theme planned out you just need to communicate your ideas and they are right there to accommodate your needs. They went above and beyond for our BC Funeral Association Banquet dinner at the Delta Grand in Kelowna and we hosted people from all around the country and received raving reviews from our guests!!!! I went in to purchase decorations for a wedding on short notice. The staff on duty were only able to sell me balloons but took my name and number telling me I'd get a call from Deb who was off for the day. I was told Deb would be able to help me with ideas and would have product suggestions for me. It took 10 days for Deb to get back to me. Thanks to the internet, Michaels and Fabricand I was able to make some decorations that will at least add interest.

WOW. I was so happy with my order - as was my 12-year-old recipient. Not only did they respond to my inquiry quickly, but they offered several alternative options since the bouquet I wanted wasn't available. Together we created a Masterpiece and it was such a beautiful compilation of balloons, colours and patterns. And the cherry on top of the birthday cake was that they delivered it in a timely fashion so that it was waiting for my little in our hotel room. She was so ecstatic. As was I. I wish my trip had been more friendly than it was. I love local shops, but when you are paying more for products that can be purchased at the dollar store for less, I'd at least like a good experience. I had my kids with me, and despite at least 4 staff members working, no one offered to help me... I had to ask. I was able to find the same product I purchased down the road for 20% cheaper, so it'll be hard to go back.

The Tickle Trunk is Amazing. Hal was so generous with his time and patient working with our team for our 3rd Annual InspireHealth Rain Walk event. Hal made us the perfect balloon arch that matched our colours and brought vibrancy, light, and energy to the event. He is a large part of our community and very community minded to help support those in need-in our case our wonderful patient's with a cancer diagnosis. We even (without knowing) hired his son Jeff "That Balloon Guy" to come to the event showcasing his incredible talent in balloon animal making.

I live out of town and via email I ordered some balloon bouquets for my sister as she would be celebrating her birthday in the Okanagan. The service was great with wonderful suggestions and options offered, plus delivery to the hotel she was staying at. The bouquets were BEAUTIFUL and lasted the whole trip…it was so sad to have to leave them behind! THANK YOU ! It really made her birthday special!
