Audrey Surraro is completely rude. I had an issue with 2 undercooked meals at Raudz. She said it didn’t happen and that they don’t give refunds. I inquired about their customer service and she said “This conversation is over” and hung up. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! EVER.

Update spring 2021: We recently visited their outdoor patio for lunch and had an amazing meal, once again. The food was so fresh and pretty. The spring asparagus was picked up at the farm by our server this morning! We also selected some chef-made goodies from their take-out pantry. I especially love the tumeric hummus and freshly baked foccacia bread. The Okanagan Table is a Kelowna not to be missed gem. First visit a couple of years ago: Just had our first amazing multi-course meal at The Okanagan Table and OMG the aged dried strip loin course was incredible. We had a power-house lineup of chefs including Chef Rod Butters, Chef Bernard Casavant and Chef Geoffrey Couper. And of course we paired with some delicious Okanagan wines likely selected by co-owner and wine guru Audrey Surrao. The final bite was created by pastry Chef Jason Whitfield. I also left with some goodies from their to-go selection including their fresh focaccia bread, homemade boursin style cheese and a pork/apple pate. Definitely worth getting on their newsletter to hear about their events like the long table lunches. A new must do in Kelowna!

So many reasons to enjoy the Okanagan Table. We've used for catering, private event bookings, we've hosted clients for lunch and spent time in the space enjoying happy hour. Unique space in that you are sitting inside the kitchen with the culinary team working all around you. They have a small market as well so you can take home some of their house made items. Highly recommend.
