Planet lazer was amazing! We took around 160 kids there for a large late night event, they were super accommodating and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I reccomend this place for anyone looking to have a place to take a large group for a great amount of fun!

The staff are super friendly, many know me by name when I walk in. Last time I checked I was #1 out of all the members, my code name is SLASH, ask the staff where I am when you go in. Great new system, the new guns always work and there's a cool megenta colour option. Many difrent game modes to play. Memberships are cheep and worth every penny. And best of all you get a cool card (and we have a Facebook page if your a member and want to join) Only problem is they can't play my mix tape durn the game. This is because it is fire and will burn the place down. (That's a joke)

Our family loves this place! It’s fun for kids and adults alike. The staff is always helpful, prices are reasonable, and the laser tag area is awesome – 2 levels of dark corners to hide from each other! So fun. Kids younger than 5 may want to stay close to an adult if they’re playing (to avoid getting trampled by the older kids). We have also done several birthday parties here. Party packages are affordable and flexible (you can bring your own cake/food or have them order pizza for you); staff is well organized and good at explaining the rules to players. There is also little viewing window on the second floor for parents who don’t want to play to watch the action. Highly recommend.

My daughter went to a birthday party at Planet Lazer today. We had to wait a bit after for the birthday party to wrap up. The two ladies working at the front were super friendly to everyone they spoke to, and seemed so happy to be there. My stepdaughter was taking her time chosing prizes, and the lady helping her was so cheerful and made my stepdaughter feel so proud for winning her 70 tickets. She even explained which prizes my stepdaughter could choose from and was so patient and acknowledged that it was a difficult and important decision for a child! Although this sounds like she was "just doing her job", we do not receive the same treatment any time we go to Sandia. The people there are usually miserable, and not friendly towards children. This was completely different, and the facility was so clean and all the machines were working, in good condition, and clean!! Very happy with the customer service we experienced and witnessed at Planet Lazer!

Really fun place. The birthday fun is OP as hell, love it. Staff swiftly dealt with cheaters who were putting sticky notes on their sensors. Overall a great workout and awesome atmosphere. A little expensive per game but so so so fun. Makes me miss airsoft in Surrey.

EDIT 5/2017: Since my previous review, Planet Lazer has upgraded their whole system!!! I have a membership, which makes it extremely fun testing new weapons and game modes. Highly recommended :D OLD REVIEW: Definitely fun if you have an energetic group. I recommend having 5+ players for the best experience. It's affordable and they have specials during the week. Minus 2 stars due to equipment malfunction and lack of facility updates. Staff are generally friendly and quick to help.

Lots of fun, I go monthly Edit: Ramps don't have the greatest grip, I have fallen a time or two. Maybe could use better grip tape or a little lighting as the ramps are very very dark. Maybe mini LEDs that are not very bright just to light the walkway, especially on the ramps in the back sides. The middle ramp is easy enough to see.

We had our Foresters Family Fun Day Event at Planet Lazer. It was a blast! We had 50 people (families) out for the event. We ran two waves, wave 1 first, then wave 2 while wave 1 rested and had pizza and drinks. Then alternated back and forth. The Staff were very helpful and coordinated our event well. We had many people who had never laser tagged before, so it was sooo much fun. This is definitely a great venue for group activities for all ages. We will be doing this again as an annual event! We are having another event here on April 26. 2015! Looking Forward to FUN TIMES AGAIN!

We had our daughters Birthday party here and the staff were phenomenal!! Everyone was super helpful, they had everything organized (table set, decorations in the room etc), I didn't have to do anything. Girls (ages 7/8) all had a great time!

Brought my 5 year old here for his first laser tag experience. He loved it and so did I! I used to come here over 20 years ago and the upgrades are fantastic! The woman working the front desk was awesome, accommodating, and patient with my son. She put it an easy game mode for us and we had a blast. I don't think I've run that much since I had been there last! Lol

Exhausting amusement, so much fun, just need to exercise more to be able to run around taging people. It's best to have a group with more than 8 playing at a time. So much fun and so many game modes.

It's always a fun time but also always a little disappointing with how it's organized. The staff rushes through the game instructions and they don't typically give you options with how to set-up teams. They should let you read up on game types and instructions before everyone's gathered and grabbing their gear. They should probably also provide free water at least. It would be cool if you could choose your screen name too... There's always confusion when everyone's reading the scores at the end of a game.

From the time we made the original booking for my nephew’s 14th birthday to the day of the birthday party the whole experience was enjoyable, pleasant and professional! Selena who manned the front desk was patient, informative and knowledgeable when assisting us selecting the best birthday package. Coming from Vancouver we were not familiar with the process. A special “thank you” to Mel and Jenna who assisted in making the day of the party such fun. The whole family had a great time and huge appreciation for making my nephew’s day so special! Awesome lazer tag spot. Longest running in kelowna and went here as a kid and it's had many upgrades. Guns are sweet and have a screen with your display name, points and the type of shot. Long range and short range. Has a variety of arcade games available too.

Great fun. Took my youth group here and they were really well organized. Relatively cheap but very well appointed and the staff member was amazing. She was very knowledgable and fun with the kids. She made every effort to make this an amazing experience. I have been here before for an adults birthday party and it was just as good. I would recommend this for youth, adults, or a mix of the two. Good spot for kids. Ticket style arcade where kids can win tickets and buy stuff. There is food to get and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kids really enjoyed the lazer tag. Good break from the usual.

Lot of fun, adrenaline and stress are very high during the game, that's wonderful ????. First time I shot people, I was not the best. My best score was 1720 points. Someone, his name was terminator did 4200 points... No comment. Also it's affordable. $12 for 2 games in the row. 19 mn by game. Enjoy.

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and very helpful and thorough! They were kind to eachother and you could tell they worked well as a team. The equipment was very clean and had been sanitized prior to our arrival, and social distancing measures were taken while we were waiting to go in and the other players were coming out. The game itself is always a blast (for grown-ups and kids hehe) We will definitely continue to go back! ????
