We just used New Horizon Productions for our second event. The first was a real estate conference we held at the Laurel Packinghouse, and the second was our company 1920's themed Christmas Party. Both times, Nico met us on site to determine our needs. He listened really carefully to what we needed and then added some creative ideas that added not only function, but a really cool look and atmosphere too. Our lighting and sound techs for our learning day at the Laurel were the nicest humans, and were so helpful the whole day. We had really tight timelines for set-up due to another event, and we had so much fun working together at a time that could have been pretty stressful. Fun fact was that the "Hollywood Lights" that were set up outside of the Kelowna Golf and Country Club at our Christmas Party made headlines on a local news source, as somebody thought they might be UFO's. That story and the glam decor will really make this a party we won't soon forget. I absolutely recommend NHP. They will be the go-to for all of our Coldwell Banker events in the future!

If I could give NHP 10 stars, I would. They are consistently, hands down, the BEST A/V team I have ever had the happy privilege of working with in Kelowna. Not only are they wonderful humans, their work is first-class and they have customer service down to a T. I worked with NHP to pull together a fairly complicated 2-day conference spread across multiple venues and not only did they make it happen, they made it feel like a breeze. When technical issues arose, they handled them professionally and always made me feel at ease. They handled my client's budget needs with grace and were only too happy to make a package work for us. Highly, highly, recommend the rad team at NHP!

NHP is a major sponsor of Crossing Creek Community Theatre--West Kelowna's own amateur theatre company as suppliers of our stage, sound and lighting equipment . It has been a pleasure to work with their management and staff. We appreciate everything about them--their terrific customer service, patience, sense of humour as well as their ability to deal with unpredictable situations. When CoVid restrictions necessitated changing our production dates, necessary equipment became unavailable due to conflicting bookings. We required an AV company to provide audiovisual services and live streaming for a recent event attended by approximately 300 people. Scott met with me the same day I contacted him, submitted an accurate quote and more than delivered on what he promised.
