Unfortunately we were quite disappointed by Melissa's decorating services. We arrived to find my family (the groom's family) seated at the back because the table numbers weren't put on the right tables. We had supplied tea lights, 80% were not turned on. A bunch of the table numbers were laying sideways on the tables because she 'couldnt figure out how to put them together properly' (it's the same design as almost every other table number on the market).
We drove down to meet her in March and showed her how everything worked and fully decorated a table as a demonstration. We also supplied pictures and put together detailed notes for the decorating, which clearly were not read as many steps were missed.
Overall, I'd describe the work as sloppy and pretty amateurish. A basic QA check should have caught the table numbers being on the wrong tables.
We would not recommend using Natural Touch's decorating services at your wedding.
Additional information to address the reply below: Half the table numbers fell down once guests sat down, so they definitely didn't look 'just as good' propped up against other things. The tea lights have a 100 hour battery life, so 5 hours doesn't matter, but even if they had been dull at least they would have been on. I get that you delegated that portion of your work to the servers, but you chose to do that (on your own, without our knowledge) and they didn't follow through. That's still on you, it was part of you responsibilities. The thing that makes us the angriest about this whole experience has been how all communication afterwards has been laced with you blaming others and justifying everything with 'but it still looked beautiful'. It wasn't what we asked for, and it might have looked great to you, but we were very disappointed. As a final note, the table numbers are very simple (image attached for context). There is no way you tried but 'couldn't figure it out', you just didn't try.
