Mixologists Bartending is hands down the best event bartenders in the Okanagan. They seriously bring the fun! Dustin is super professional, and you can tell he loves what he does, and he is very invested in exceeding his clients' expectations. He's entertaining for your guests, and makes sure everyone feels included. And now that they have a vintage-boler-trailer-turned-mobile-bar, I CANNOT wait to hire them for an event... it's show-stopper.

Dustin and his crew are THE BEST! Mixie was just at our reception and it was such a highlight of the event, not only in the vibe and look of the bar but every guest had something amazing to say about the staff! Dustin was so helpful in preparing for the event and made sure everyone was having the perfect amount of fun! Empties were promptly cleared away and everything went off without a hitch! He was checking in with me personally throughout the night to make sure I was also taken care of, I found that such a kind gesture as well. Dustin was hired for our wedding and we couldn't imagine having a better person for it. Before the wedding, he provided excellent guidance on the amount of liquor to provide, and set up the bar area beautifully. He was very professional and made sure our guests were treated well. We invited him to not be shy if there was an opportunity to join on the dance floor and he did not disappoint! He engaged in a dance off with our daughter and even invited our grandma onto the floor for a slow dance which she said made her night! We would have zero hesitation recommending Dustin to bartend your event.

Working with Dustin and the team at mixologist bartending has always been a dream! Their new addition with mixi the trailer bar service was absolutely unreal for small gatherings this summer of 2020 in outdoor locations to stay Covid friendly in the Okanagan! Looking forward to partying on together for more events in the future!

I'm sure our experience would have been better had Dustin actually showed up. We booked Dustin for our wedding in Aug 2018 and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Three days before our wedding Dustin texted us saying he was going to have two other 'top notch' bar tenders manage our bar in place of him. He assured us they were amazing individuals and bar tenders. We could not afford to offer our guests an 'open bar' so after chatting with Dustin we settled on $3/drink to cover our costs (possibly make a few hundred dollars). I spoke with Dustin about how much alcohol to buy for the number of guests we had prior to our event but the individuals who he sent in his place made my dad run out and buy double the amount Dustin and I had already agreed on. This was totally unnecessary and my dad had to return all of it. We even had left over booze from what I initially provided them with. In addition, we found out that multiple times the bar tenders would hand out free drinks and put the money our guests wanted to give for their drinks into their tip jars. In addition to the hassle of dealing with the slackers that attended in his place we ended up losing over $225 on a bar that Dustin said would probably bring in a few hundred dollars, four full wine bottles that only had the lid cracked open so we couldn't return them. By the time we got back from our honeymoon these bottles were spoiled and unreturnable. Dustin has not returned our messages since the wedding. I would highly recommend NOT hiring Dustin to manage such an important part of such a big day.

We booked Dustin for our small wedding that we had in our backyard in July of 2018. He is extremely professional and accommodating. He showed up early to set up. Came dressed accordingly and was everything but dull. Dustin was more than just a bartender standing behind his table all night. With the wedding being tiny, he fit right in with the guests and party on the dance floor, busting moves at the odd chance he got while STILL being able to provide his services! If you want class and etiquette. Hire this walking holiday. He was incredible.

We had mixologist bartend our wedding and are so glad we hired them! It was such an easy and professional company to work with, we still have people talking about how great the bartenders were and how much fun they made our wedding! We used drink tickets to purchase drinks and at the end of the night had a clear breakdown of how much money was made and what alcohol was left. They helped up figure out how much and what kind of booze to buy and suggested we buy a bit extra so we didn’t run out and it was easy to return the bit we had left. Overall we were so happy with mixologist bartending and would highly recommend them!

Stopped in to see Dustin and Mixie who were set up at Gatzke's Orchard today. Very friendly service, and such a cute set up. Perfect location for any influencers who want a cute spot for some pics. Ordered a Cherry lemonade to enjoy on the hot summer day. Damn, it was so tasty. Fresh cherry juice from the orchard. Going to have to get another soon and spike it with some gin when I get home.
