Where do we even begin. Michelle got involved as day of coordinator about 1 month prior to our wedding day. She quickly put us at ease! Things that we had never thought about she was on to right away. She was so organized, so detailed, and so thoughtful towards us, we truly felt so much love and care from her! Hire her. Right now! If I have any advice for couples it’s hire Michelle Goodwin for your wedding. You don’t need a wedding planner, you need THIS wedding planner. I couldn’t possibly say enough about Michelle and the absolute magic that she created on our wedding day. From the second I met her Michelle I knew she was going to be pivotal in our wedding plans. She chose my wedding dress for me and encouraged me to try it on even though it wasn’t at all what I thought I wanted. It was beyond my wildest dreams and perfect in every way. I knew from that moment that she had to plan my wedding because she knew what I wanted before I did! Michelle made the planning process incredibly easy. She is the most organized person I have ever encountered. I’m a total two control freak, but Michelle made me confident enough in her ability to drop the reigns and let her do what she does best! Our day was out of a storybook, not one thing was out of place, she created the most magical setting and spent so much time and effort checking in and making sure we were thrilled with every details every step of the way. She was able to take my ideas and bring them to life bigger and better than ever. Does it get better? Yes! Because Michelle is hyper organized but she thoughtful and kind and supportive. She put me first throughout the entire process and made sure I knew I was THE priority. I had no worries in the days leading up to the wedding because I had full faith that Michelle had it all handled. She is a wonderful wedding planner and an even better human being. Do yourself a favour and hire her! Now!

We can’t thank Michelle enough for making the wedding of our dreams come together so perfectly, with such short notice (6 weeks!), and run so flawlessly day-of. Even with the last minute stress of ever-changing COVID regulations, Michelle was so accommodating, helpful, and patient with us. Michelle coordinated our 160 venue at beautiful MacDonald Acres on HW 33 Kelowna. This was the best day of my entire life and would not have been possible without Michelle and her passion for what she does best! Her scheduling and wedding planning system was so easy to follow and set up. She is very patient when it comes to making sure you are happy and set the wedding up exactly how we wished. Her time management skills were ahead of schedule for everything the whole day and her directions to everyone were very clear and to the point. I had no stress what so ever the whole day and she took care of everything so I could focus on spending time with my beautiful bride, family, and friends with memories that will last the rest of my life. From coordinating with the DJ, band, bartenders, venue manager, wedding party, Officiant, bus driver, seating arraignments, photography, catering, speaches, slideshow, dances, decorations, venue set up, right down to every detail was absolutely perfect! She even went around touching up all the fine details and adjustments I would have forgotten and picked up garbage and recyclables even though that was not part of her job description. This woman is so easy to work with and goes far and beyond out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. Thank you so much Michelle I would recommend you to anyone and everyone!

Hiring Michelle to work as the Month-of-Coordinator for our wedding was one of the best wedding related decisions we made. Planning a wedding during the pandemic isn't easy, and Michelle went above and beyond in her role, including answering our many questions in the months (and years) leading up to our wedding despite the fact that we had only contracted her to do month-of coordination. Starting the month before our wedding, Michelle took over vendor communications and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The way that Michelle quickly and professionally dealt with issues as they arose helped with our stress levels tremendously. She also kept things moving smoothly day-of, and was quick to roll with the punches for last minute changes we requested. Working with Michelle was a pleasure and I would recommend her to anyone. To anyone second guessing whether they really need a coordinator for their wedding - trust me, it's worth every penny!
