They were very willing and able to help and book, which is a really great quality. But, when we needed them, they didn't operate after 4pm, to take us to the Airport, and there are flights going out at night. We needed to use a cab. So I appreciate your response to the above. I did not cancel my flight, they cancelled it on me. Then we they rebooked me, it was for 12:30pm Thursday the 19th. When I spoke to the front desk they told me of your pick up hours. When I called to schedule the 8:50pm pick-up, they told me we aren't running trips after 4pm. Although your service people were professional, that was t any help to me. I why would I rate it higher when there was no transport for evening flights?

Kelowna Concierge is a team of absolutely wonderful, go-out-of-their-way generous, understanding humans who made it possible for my partner and I to fly into Kelowna and make our way seamlessly up to Silver Star Mountain for a week of nordic skiing - WITHOUT A CAR! Their YLW --> Silver Star shuttle service far exceeded my expectations. Our pick-up team was willing to detour slightly to collect our grocery order on the way up the mountain, and later in the day, long after we'd been dropped at the Resort, their evening shuttle driver collected our delayed piece of baggage from the airport and brought it to us. Silver Star Mountain Resort endorses Kelowna Concierge for their shuttle service, but concierge really is more accurate.

We used their services for both the wine tour and transport between the airport and the Delta. We had a very good time. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of us during the wine tour. For the transport, initially we had booked the shuttle for 8:15, we put in our flight was landing at 7 and chad was there already for us. That was really nice of him and we got to the hotel earlier. He even told us about things to do in Kelowna and hooked us up with that Wine tour with Thomas.

Awesome! I booked an airport shuttle last-minute after I read horrible reviews of Kelowna Cabs. From booking through drop off at the airport the next day, Kelowna Concierge far exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and kind, and the shuttle was right on time. My flight was early, and my shuttle was at 3:40 a.m., but despite that early time when no one should be expected to be awake, let alone smiling and friendly, the shuttle driver was delightful. Thanks, Kelowna Concierge! I had such a pleasant experience with you.

I used this service on Tuesday, August 17, during this time the fires were quite bad resulting in my flight being cancelled until late Thursday. I was quite stressed about my cancelled flight, the unknown of when I could get home, missing work and that coming weekend I was also a Maid of Honour for my best friend's wedding back home in Saskatchewan. Through all my chaotic fast talking and thinking out loud, my driver Harry offered an ear to listen and offered to help me. I cannot put into words how utterly thankful I am for Harry. He is so knowledgable, kind, genuine and selfless. He absolutely did not have to help me or engage in problem solving my situation, but he did. He ended up driving me to Salmon Arm from Kelowna, so my boyfriend could pick me up and drive me back home to Saskatchewan which ended up saving us hours in travel. I cannot recommend this company enough and a 5 Star review does not do it justice for customer service. After this experience, I would recommend this company over and over again. ????????????????????

We searched high and low for a wine tour that would accommodate our dog, as we were camping and could not leave her alone at the campsite. Chad and Jon were very helpful, prepared an awesome itinerary for us, and even added an extra stop in. We had such a fun day with Jon who was our driver, and he was super knowledgeable about the region & the wines. He also took care of our pup at one of the wineries that wouldn't allow her inside. These guys rock! If you are looking for a relaxing, fun day of wine touring, look no further.

We booked a round trip to silverstar and they went above and beyond. Although we were the only passengers, my husband and I, the trip was not canceled and in fact they came all the way to our house to pick us up. They also dropped us off at home!! It was an exceptional service and the drivers and dispatcher were super friendly! Would deff recommend and travel with them again!

What a great and memorable experience. Myself and a few of my work colleagues did a "teambuilding" event where we went to different breweries. We selected Kelowna Concierge as it as a local and new company and wanted to have a fresh experience. The drive – Jon (great name!) – arrived early and greeted everyone with a smile. Very gregarious and kind. As we drove to each location Jon was very social talking about the region, and the different locations that we passed. It was very informative. He even slowed down for us to get some pictures at some more scenic locations. The first location we visited was Dirty Laundry. Jon talked with the staff there for a few moments and we got 2 for 1! Beer and wine tastings! That was a big surprise. Although it was a lot to start the day off! Afterwards we visited BadTattoo, we also ate our lunch at this location (lunch was extra). They had a large selection of samplings and they even gave us a tour of the brewery so we could see the process, from how it starts to where they were bottle. (The pizza was delicious there, and went really well with the beers) We also visited Highway 97 brewery. A smaller and more intimate location. The brew master wasn’t on site this day, but the staff offered to give us a quick tour of the facilities as well. Over the entire trip, if we needed water, different music, or more air, Jon D was very accommodating. Probably one of the most hospitable services I’ve had in Kelowna. I would highly recommend them if you are planning something for a group or just looking to get to know the region and wineries or breweries better. 10/10! (We did this tour back in April 2017)

Jon and Chad put together a stag tour for us to Seattle Washington. They booked the hotel, a baseball game, bicycle Pub crawl, and dinners. all we had to do was worry about the fun. Def would have them plan anything we do again! made everything super easy!

Our Buck Branigan Golf Group plans an annual trip and this year selected Kelowna as the destination. Our plans required shuttles to and from our AirBnB and the 3 golf courses we selected (6 shuttles total). We had 6 different drivers over 3 days, and each one was better than the next (they were all outstanding). They arrived early, were always super friendly and engaging, played music upon request, and most importantly got us from point A to point B each day safely and efficiently. Our point of contact, Jillian, was an outstanding communicator and facilitated several last minute changes for us which saved the day! She provided outstanding customer service. While all the drivers were fun to engage with, a special thanks goes out to Patrick who got involved in our daily shuttle trivia and stumped us with his question, Steve who had the boys all fired up after our tough match at Tower Ranch and Thomas (Voted our MVP of the weekend) who facilitated our championship celebration following our final round at Gallagher's Canyon. I've been on two wine tours with Kelowna Concierge now with the most recent trip to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. Both times we had the hilarious Steve as our driver. Steve really did make the trip! He kept us laughing the whole day and went above and beyond to make sure the day was extra special. From the cleanliness of the bus to being on time and keeping us on schedule throughout the day. The whole day was perfect! I will definitely be booking in with Kelowna Concierge and requesting Steve again for future wine tours. 10/10 in my books!

We had a group of 7 guys in Kelowna for a bachelor party which consisted of 3 rounds of golf. Every driver we encountered on our trip was great. Very personable, polite and super accommodating. Drivers were early for each pickup and even worked with us so we could stay and have dinner at the nice golf course the one night. Overall, we only have great things to say about this business. Friends that live in Kelowna recommended this company. We had requested Stuntman Steve as per their recommendation as well, but he was unavailable. Chad was our guide. He was lovely, very kind, knowledgeable, and interactive. Being a teacher, I ask a lot of questions…annoying to some, yes, but Chad was great at answering anything I posed. The only thing I’d suggest is more time at each location to sip the wine. Personally, I felt rushed. I don’t drink my wine like a shooter, I sip and savour. I don’t think that was the feelings of the rest of the group though. Thank you, Chad, for an awesome day!!

We were picked up at our hotel , where we met both our guide and our new friends already aboard the van. Without a doubt we would do business with this tour company again. BTW wine tasting is an individual experience, some great, others not so much. I organized a private wine tour through Kelowna Concierge this past weekend for a group of 7 ladies. Communication was quick and straightforward. Chad offered many suggestions and itineraries in order to develop one that accommodated everything we wanted. I had done a lot of research on the different companies in the area and they were the cheapest. They delivered on quality as well. Chad was early arriving, friendly, informative, fun, and kept us all on track! He joined in with the karaoke as well! We were all able to pay separately by credit card at the end of the tour, which was very nice. I would highly recommend them!

We had a lovely time with Phil showing us the way on the Naramata wine tour. We asked the company to pick the wineries for us and we were not disappointed. They chose mostly small wineries except for Poplar Grove, which we had heard great things but we were very disappointed with the wine tasting. We didn’t feel it was a good representation of what they had to offer. We were told to try the wine at the restaurant but sadly we’d had so much wine the thought of having a full glass did not appeal to us.
