Karla photographed our wedding in September and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer, our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without her. It was like having a very talented friend taking photos of us, she made everyone feel comfortable and it really showed in the photos. Karla was able to capture all the emotions of our wedding day perfectly, her candid photos of our ceremony and reception take us right back to the moment, it's incredible. Not only are the shots amazing but the care that Karla took in editing of our photos was unbelievable. I had some blemishes and fine lines that I was very self conscious about, and Karla retouched all 900 photos and my skin is flawless in every single photo! I would highly recommend Karla to anyone looking for a photographer to recreate the story of their wedding day through photos.

Karla went above and far beyond our expectations. With little notice she made our wedding day photo fantasy a reality. From before our actual wedding day she was so open to our requests and was really quick at responding to our messages. Our wedding was “unique.” It required a 30 minute hike each way to where we were married and she willing showed up to the task(with all her gear in tow). Not only did she do that hike with us, but after the ceremony was up for more hiking to get all the right shots. It was smokey that day and we were concerned with how the photos would turn out but she ensured us that she would do her best to make them look great. And that she did. The smoke made them look even more magical than we had anticipated. She delivered 400 amazing photos to us that we are absolutely thrilled with. She was fun, kind and a general thrill to be around. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Karla. Our wedding was fairly last minute, due to the pandemic, but Karla was extremely flexible and communicative in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was even texting with us about the weather conditions a few days prior (forest fire smoke in Penticton)! On the day itself, she was fast, approachable, and very detail-oriented. The photos look great!
