I would give them less than one star if possible! I have been trying to get Impressions to help me with my wedding for months now, and they have terrible customer service. At first, I asked Impressions to do a full service wedding for me, and they agreed — only to tell me weeks later that they weren't going to anymore because of health reasons (which I understood). They told me I could still rent items from them, though. I decided to go down this route, but it was VERY difficult getting them to respond to any of my emails (I still have an outstanding email that Christina has yet to respond to asking her about a backdrop). They no longer have a show room, they don't answer their phone, and they take weeks to respond to emails. I put down a deposit and asked them to refund it because they just weren't responding or getting back to me after several emails. I am now three weeks away from my wedding and I am scrambling to find decorators. Impressions has only made my wedding planning more stressful, and I wouldn't recommend their "service" to my worst enemy. They have made an awful lasting impression on me. I understand that Christina is going through health problems, but she shouldn't have led me on for months. Very disappointed with how this all worked out and glad I don't have to deal with them again.

It’s the smallest things that have the biggest impact and the team at Impressions Wedding and Events has perfected making occasions magical! I could never have imagined pulling off our wedding without the help of the Impressions Team. From the very first interaction Stacie and Christina seemed to be dedicated to making us smile. Their customer service, helpful suggestions and cheery dispositions made every interaction the best part of our days. Stacie, Christina and their team helped us create a space that was magical, whimsical and beautiful. We could not have asked for a more spectacularly decorated venue! They thought of everything and were extremely prepared. The Impressions team brought extra decorations that fit with our theme to enhance the space and had the best tool box to combat any ‘day of’ issues. In our case it was very windy the day of our outdoor wedding, but the Impressions team was un-phased as they zap-strapped and tied down with gorgeous fabric all the isle runner décor. Our day would not have been the same without them; they truly thought of everything and brought elegance and artistry to the day. I cannot imagine hosting any event without their help and would highly recommend the Impressions Team!

Never went in, but their driver drives like a mad man. Cut us off in traffic, almost hit us. Doesn't signal, nothing. If that's just the driver, why would I trust the business?

I recently hired impressions for florals for our wedding, being from out of town we saw decor rentals plus florals all In one place as a big plus. We never ended up needed additional rentals but stuck with them for florals. First the pros: christina is lovely! She is super friendly and it was great meeting with her, the floral arrangements for on top of the wine barrels ended up being a little smaller than I envisioned but the still looked great! The cons: although our centerpieces looked great there was no water in the vases so within a few hours they were starting to drop and by the end of the night they were super sad looking. We wanted to offer them to our guests but by the end of the night they were garbage ☹. Next were the bridal party flowers, these aren't a deal breaker but when you are spending thousands of dollars on florals you want them to be what you order. The grooms boutonniere was the wrong flower, the brides bouquet had these beautiful pink Rose's but they all had brown around the edges, the greenery after an hour all started to droop so I broke it off and threw it out. The bridesmaids bouquets were missing the pink Rose's (they were supposed to be the same as the brides just smaller) and were wrapped in the wrong color of ribbon, the greenery in theirs was complete drooped down from the beginning so I told then to Rip it off and just get rid of it, it looked awful! I was just super disappointed and would not reccomend them for florals. But again christina with decor rentals was great.
