Before we decided on Flash & Frame, we did reach out to other photo booth companies in the area....shockingly enough majority of them never replied or seemed bothered by the inquiry. Once we gave the green light to Flash & Frame the rest of the process was quick and painless. We loved that fact that they completely catered to our vision for our event and everything from the backdrop to the props to the print outs were all on theme. The attendant at our wedding was AMAZING! (sorry I can't remember her name) She made it super fun for everyone, gave cute suggestions for poses and even helped me with my dress!!!! I was looking around online at photo booth options for our New Years party and was told to contact Flash and Frame. They raved that Laura is fun, bubbly, and upfront. I did some research and was incredibly disappointed to find that her recent "yeah we say happy holidays" post on Facebook was completely contradicted by an Instagram video that says "merry freaking Christmas, no more happy holiday acceptance over here... keep the Christ in Christmas". To me this makes me a weary customer, I guess you have to do what you have to do to keep business, but I was extremely disappointed. Definitely turned me off from using this service.

Absolutely loved Laura and her photobooth. We had the photobooth at our salon grand opening and everyone couldnt get enough. I thought it was amazing that you could instantly get the photo sent to your social media. AND THE PROPS!!!! Woah!!! Laura made custom props for our event.
