There's literally not a single thing to complain about. From the first email, she was so invested in us as humans, not just as clients. Our engagement session was so much fun, and we talked for a whole hour before we started taking photos, because we were just having a good time! She was so supportive throughout our wedding day, and when we received the full wedding gallery, I cried. There were so many beautiful details captured in the photos that I didn't notice on wedding day because I was busy. The photos truly brought back a lot of memories and a lot of emotions. A fun and enjoyable experience for all! Danae created a care free and light atmosphere in which she allowed all of us to relax in front of the camera. She was so easy going and also was great at incorporating our ideas for some shots. It's not easy to capture a good photo of all 6 of us at once but somehow she managed to send us a whole pile of amazing photos. The end result was fantastic as we have had many friends and coworkers comment on our new photos.

Danae is so talented at what she does. I had a couple shoot with my boyfriend (who is not the greatest with posing and being in front of the camera), and she made both of us feel so comfortable! Danae gives the perfect amount of guidance, so the shoot feels natural, but you still know what to do with your hands or where to look! The photos turned out so great as well. Looking at them, you would have no idea that it was our first couple shoot. Both my boyfriend and I had a great time with Danae, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

We had an amazing engagement shoot experience with Danae! Danae was recommended to me through a friend and I'm so glad we were able to work with her. This was our first photoshoot so she provided multiple videos and locations to help us prep for the sessions months in advance (ex. what to wear, what to expect, etc.). Once we locked down a location (breathtaking Okanagan views), Danae communicated often and promptly to all enquiries. The shoot itself was extremely comfortable and fun and the results were absolutely beautiful - natural and effortless and captured the best versions of us. The turnaround time on photos was excellent; our sneak peek photos were available the day after the wedding so we could post on social media and the whole gallery was available within a month. We actually found Danae last minute as we had to make changes due to covid, but we are so grateful things worked out this way. Even without meeting I felt comforted by her efforts to find out what was most important for us. she really was able to take away the stress that arose from the last minute changes. the day of Danae was so wonderful. she is sneaky in a good way! we ended up with amazing, candid, intimate photos that we didn't even know she was taking. she was so sweet and easy to get along with. she made the process smooth and really worked with us and our schedule (even the delays). my partner and I are not the most comfortable in front of the camera but she made it easy and fun.
