Kathy was nothing but helpful no matter how many times our guests decided to RSVP or change their RSVP numbers. They worked closely with the catering company, Joy Road, and stayed in contact with the venue to ensure they were dropping off and picking up at a time that was appropriate and convenient for everyone. My daughter used this company for glass rental for her wedding. We had to return the glasses on the weekend and the woman that was working on Sunday was so RUDE and obnoxious. I have never dealt with someone that miserable before. Maybe time she finds a new job. Definitely won't recommend. Customer service sucks.

If anyone is looking for a tenting and rental wingman in the Okanagan, Dwayne along with his amazing team are the people for the job!! We just finished a wedding with them in Kelowna that included covering a pool with a floor, TWO huge tents, a band stage on stilts on the beach covered in a tent, an entire truck load of catering rental support items, and draping and furniture throughout the entire property. Dwayne and his team are the YES ARMY!! There is nothing they cannot do or find a solution for. This wedding took 5 days to install and four days to strike... and everyday we were greeted with smiles and hugs. They are more than rental guys, they are friends.... and really genuinely care about the success of your event. I have to say, my husband and I had an absolutely excellent experience with All Occasions Party Rentals. The rentals were inexpensive and exceeded our expectations with their quality. We rented 20 chairs and a chafing dish for our small wedding, outside of town in Pavilion lake, BC. We were dismayed to discover that although we had been informed that the chairs had been counted correctly and returned, they were not! 3 of them were missing. We were on our honeymoon when we found this out, and the rest of the chairs (and chafing dish) that were accounted for had been returned by some of our people. I called immediately to inform All Occasions of our mishap, and they were SO forgiving, polite, and accommodating! They told us that we could wait to get the chairs and just pay for them in the meantime, and once they were returned, we would receive that deposit back. Even though we told them that it may be a couple of months before we returned to Pavilion, they were still willing!! In the end, we decided to just take a longer drive and get the chairs back. We brought them back fully willing and expecting to pay late fees, only to be informed that it was not necessary!! THANK YOU All Occasions Party Rentals for being just plain awesome! I have nothing but good things to say and I will certainly be referring as many folks as I can to your capable hands! (And again, my most profuse apologies for the mishap!!)

I still can't believe how helpful Kathy and the staff are at All Occasions Party Rentals. I was under a tight deadline to rent some event chairs for delivery in 3 days. We're talking 70 chairs needed for about a month, during wedding season in Kelowna so you can understand how stressful the task of finding these chairs might be. I googled All Occasions and their on-site reviews were great so I gave them a call. Within 5 minutes, every single one of my worries were relieved. They had the chairs in stock, they could arrange delivery in 3 days, and they offered me a great price! I had a work order invoice in my inbox within 10 minutes and with a swift reply, I was able to have the deal finalized and payment rendered. I recommend this company hands down and hope they satisfy the viewer that's reading this as well.

Over-priced & poor customer service! This company really knows how to stick it to people trying to get married in Kelowna. A $500 dollar rental turns into $1500 with the amount of added charges this company has - I'm thankful we were able to find other providers!
