Tamara did an exceptional job planning and executing our twins’ bnei mitzvah! We had hired her for our Bnei Mitzvah in November 2020 but due to Covid we decided in June to change our plans and have a small outdoor ceremony. Tamara helped plan our event in just under a month. She was adaptable and always calm! No matter what obstacles we ran into she handled it amazing and was always available to discuss! The day of the bnei mitzvah, Tamara coordinated the whole event and because of her it ran smoothly and perfectly. We had the most beautiful afternoon and it is a day we will always remember! Thank you Tamara for planning such a special simcha, particularly during such strange and unusual times!

Hiring Tamara Temes was our first and best decision when planning our wedding. Ours, was a classic and traditional Jewish wedding in Toronto. An experience elevated by the vendors and venue she helped us select. This included the kosher caterer, decor and floral talent as well as a popular live band which had our guests on their feet all night! Tamara is an amazing listener and quickly got a sense of what was important to us. One of the coolest aspects was our ceremony, for this Tamara designed a large spiral seating plan and aisle with the Chupah at the centre. This way we were very close to and surrounded by our family and guests. We had never seen anything like it before and it set the tone for the perfect night. Through the planning and wedding day, Tamara was calm, executed her plans with military precision, and did it all with a smile on her face. With Tamara behind the scenes, our day was fun, worry free and memorable.

In a nutshell, Tamara was an outstanding planner for our affair, from start to finish. We couldn’t have pulled off our daughter’s wedding as effortlessly as we did if it were not for Tamara’s extensive experience and expertise. Tamara’s personality is very calming and, therefore, my daughter and I were so at ease letting Tamara take over. On the day of, Tamara handled a couple of “emergencies” that enabled our family to sit back and truly enjoy the affair. Tamara has been our party planner for all 3 of our Bar Mitzvahs. To say she has been incredible is an understatement. All through the planning process she is an invaluable guide making sure you have covered off all the necessary components. She is well versed in venues, photographers and decor people and has a solid and positive relationship with everyone. We have had 3 bar mitzvahs in 3 very different venues with many moving parts ( during the last one we had dinner outside and party inside )and all she pulled off seamlessly. The day of your event you can be assured that you will be a guest at your own event as she has everything covered in a calm and extremely organized fashion.

Our family has used Tamara to help plan events for all three of our kids as well as for various work-related functions. I can't say enough about Tamara. Our daughter's Harry Potter-themed Bat Mitzvah was the second event she did for us, and it was a COMPLICATED event with the ceremony & party all in one evening, at a hotel where we used four different onsite locations, and guests arriving in staggered stages. It came off perfectly--all thanks to Tamara's organization, hard work, attention to detail, vendor recommendations and ability to manage a multitude of moving parts. My family and I were able to just relax and enjoy (and party hard!) because Tamara had it all under control.
