I used this company for my wedding and was extremely happy with them!! I had originally booked a different rental company and just three weeks prior to my big day they cancelled. I was obviously very disappointed but called Perfect Party and they were amazing! They literally saved my wedding!! Took the time to go over everything and book it all within an hour of reaching out to them. The 2 men that came to set everything up were extremely polite, very patient and did an awesome job putting everything together. The products were top notch and I highly recommend using them again!! We rented a large number of harvest tables for our wedding from PPE, and even coming to Ottawa from Whitby their prices ended up being way less than the local options. They arrived early at the venue, and were one of the first vendors to tear down at the end of the night. Overall they were very professional, and very easy to work with. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely consider working with them again.

Two starts because the delivery team were extremely rude during delivery and pick up. The delivery team seemed inconvenienced by the location of drop of for the items (I had offered three different areas that they could unload the items to). An item was forgotten and the delivery people said they would have to drop it off the next day (The day of the event, which I was not happy about). Then during the pick up, they banged on my front door and rudely said "We're missing stuff." No introduction, no asking about the items, just plain rude. We had the sound system and linens stored INSIDE the house, as I didn't think it was appropriate to leave these items outside... Prior to this interaction I would've given 5 stars as the people I spoke to on the phone and over email were extremely polite and helpful throughout the booking process! Very unfortunate as I spent a lot of money and probably would not use this company again.

I rented two outdoor, electric heaters which worked beautifully. They were easy to assemble and the staff was super cool when picking up and dropping off. The rentals were priced competitively. I would 100% rent from them again. Great product and great service.

rented chairs, tables, glassware and a popcorn machine. the popcorn machine did not work, I tried it in three separate outlets in different parts of the house, still it didn't work. I don't think the machines are checked before they go out. When I spoke with Mike about my dissatisfaction, he basically said too bad. We have rented from them many times before and we were disappointed there was no solution. Even a credit towards our next rental would have been acceptable. Due to poor customer service, I would not recommend them
Only good experiences to report about Perfect Party Rentals. The staff are so helpful and they go out of their way to help their customers. Everything is well priced. I just can't believe I didn't find them sooner. I'll never throw another party without renting from Perfect Party Rentals!

Really great experience. Their product is top quality - we rented two harvest tables, 25 chairs and 25 glasses. Renting on their website was easy, their delivery service was amazing, the staff was so kind and happy to interact with. I am really happy with their service and will use again.
Fast, friendly and efficient service, with good prices to boot. We rented glassware, cutlery and plates for our daughter's shower and it was great. I enjoy just returning without washing. Would recommend.

I purchased hellim balloons for a birthday party only to have them all entirely deflated before the party began (within 16 hours). When I called the manager to bring this up, I was greeted coldly and told that I didn't purchase the appropriate protectant - something I wasn't warned about when I picked up my balloons. No apology. No reimbursement. I was more upset after my phone call with the icy manager than about the deflated balloons. I've never dealt with people so ungrateful for customers. TERRIBLE service.
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this company. I had arranged for the rentals to show up between 9am and noon. At 11:45am I still had not received anything so I called to see what was going on as I still had some running around to do in the afternoon and I only had friends available to help me set everything up until the early afternoon. I had to leave a message. I then emailed and still did not hear from anyone. I even tried calling the emergency number with no success. At 1:30pm I finally had someone call me from the office to say their truck broke down and that they were on their way to my house. At 3:30pm still no one had delivered the tables and chairs. I then called again with no response so I called the emergency number again and someone picked up...he was actually very good, he promised to look into things and call me right back which he did. It turns out that they had delivered the table and chairs earlier that morning to the wrong address. They thought no one was home so just left the tables and chairs. We received the rentals at 4pm. I understand with the truck breaking down this must have been a stressful day but clearly customer service is lacking in so many ways. A quick phone call to confirm delivery would have identified the problem earlier in the day, the person who called at 1:30 confirming that the rentals were on their way to my place right then was clearly incorrect and other than an apology there was no offer to help set up the table and chairs or any other compensation offered for this poor service.
We enjoy going to this store for our kids parties. We buy balloons here.

Don't waste your time puchasing helium balloons from this establishment. The Dollar Tree offers the same service and the balloons last much longer, without the use of any special, overpriced protectent. I was offered this service at an additional cost. Having never had a problem with helium balloons lasting in the past, I declined what I felt, was an obvious attempt to oversell me. I picked up the balloons at 10:00 am and by noon they were already falling!

I used this company for our micro wedding. Easy to deal with and products were as expected. We had an issue with one table not opening and they exchanged it with no hassles. Definitely will use them again.
From planning my wedding at the beginning of the year, to it changing a million times during the pandemic, Perfect party event rentals was beyond helpful and accomodating the entire time! The selection they have makes me wish I could plan a different event every week. From the planning to the set up to the party to the take down of the tent, everything was perfect and smooth. I cant say enough good things about them!
I was really disappointed with what happen the day of our wedding. They were totally helpful and great until the day of and they were an hour and 15 minutes late from when they were suppose to be there to set up 210 chairs. Brought 2 people to set up 210 chairs and all our groomsmen and guest had to help because no chairs were even set up yet when guest were arriving. I called to ask where chairs were and I was put on hold and then told they would call me back because they were busy. The lady tells me finally they had left a half hour ago and must have hit traffic even though a half hour wasn’t even close to enough time to get to Hastings never mind give time to hit traffic. It took over an hour to move the chairs to the ceremony and our guest had to wait. And then when the chairs were suppose to be picked up the following Monday I got a call saying they had a change in plans and couldn’t come until Tuesday and we were expected to keep the chairs in storage. I will never use this company again and the 16 people in our wedding and 210 people that witnessed this insanity will not either. Oh ya we also paid over 2000 for a chair rental, delivery and set up and our wedding party set it all up. Just a shame. Your response makes no sense . Your company was aware of addresses which one would put into a gps and look at time frames well in advance. Our guest and groomsmen should not have had to help set up chairs at the ceremony and sweat to death before the weddings even occurred. Furthermore I asked your employees to have a manager call me because no one had the decency to call and say you were going to be late to begin with I had to call while I was getting my hair done. You called and I didn’t bother calling back, because I had already had my card charged and I am being told it was miscommunication. The reception was 10 minutes which I told your employees 100 times even when I drove up to see the chairs. Not my problem they didn’t look into it. Also, I would probably send out enough staff to do a job that you were hired and paid for. I came through on my part not sure why you think these excuses are in any way valid. Also, my planner has nothing to do with the chairs being stored and I had a messages left on my phone saying you wouldn’t be to pick them up until Tuesday now and It was expected we were to keep them stored. Either way you never left in the first place with enough time to make it to Hastings. Check the KM range next time. You sure as hell can charge me for it. If 210 chairs was too much for your staff then you shouldn’t have let us hire you. We had cocktail hour at the ceremony site which was over an hour . So I’m sorry where did 15 minutes to set up chairs come into play ? It took them an hour to get them stacked up.

Nice place, a bit expensive
Table leaked. I rented a "Fill and Chill" table for a shower. Due to Covid there was NO kitchen access at the hall and no fridge. The table was useless and it was the ONE thing we absolutely needed. The cap was completely broken. I received a refund and a sorry someone 'else' must have not inspected it properly. Highly disappointed and would not recommend. If they can't inspect, I doubt they disinfect.
Amazing!! I cannot say enough how awesome it was to plan my event with the help of this place!! I was hosting my engagement party and needed chairs and they were super kind and helpful over the phone, plus, with all the last minute stuff I thought of on the day I picked up my chairs they even ran around the warehouse helping me with an extra table and table cloth without any question! The ladies who helped me were truly the best. Even helped me load up my car and we’re super careful in the process! Thank you thank you!! You guys rock and I will definitely be back the next time I’m hosting anything!!! (They have a nice little showroom too that shows some of the items they rent out! Even standing bars and fridges!! Check out everything!) I completely recommend this place!!!
Awesome service from the team here. My order was quite small so it would have been easy for them to just rush me out after pickup, but the person I dealt with took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked before I left. Then when I came to return, I showed up too early and was ready to just sit in the parking lot until they opened. Someone saw me sitting out there and came out to unlock the return door so I didn’t have to wait, super friendly the whole time. 10/10 would recommend. Great service and pricing.
