I was not able to hire Madeline as she is already booked on my wedding date, but she was responsive to my inquiry and even sent over some recommendations on planners who are free that date and additional ones. My husband and I could not recommend Maddie enough! She worked seamlessly behind the scenes as soon as we sought out her services. Not only was she an incredible liaison - Maddie executed our wedding day during a global pandemic. All the while, making it look effortless. Time and time again she went above and beyond to support us, as well as the vendors that she determined were the right ‘fit’ for us. As a couple, we were unsure of what we ‘wanted’ for our wedding. Maddie guided us to create our perfect cottage ceremony and reception in our favourite place in the world – Dorset. She worked tirelessly to ensure the bride and groom had nothing to think about, but to enjoy the wedding day itself. She allowed us to be present which was the greatest gift of all. Maddie is so thoughtful and patient. She was our saving grace during uncertain and ever changing guidelines. Please entrust her expertise with your special day, you will not regret it.

Maddie at MH Weddings went above and beyond for us for our wedding. She was always so quick to respond to emails/texts and made sure that every detail was covered. We worked with her for over a year and a half, from other sides of the country, and never actually met till the Friday before the wedding. She made us feel so comfortable and like we knew her for ever. Our entire day went so smoothly, all we can say still when people ask is how perfect everything went, and that was definitely from the help of Maddie. All our family and friends have mentioned to us how amazing she was to work with, and how great everything turned out. If you are looking for a planner I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Maddie was absolutely one of our most valued vendors on our wedding day. From the very start, she shared in our vision for our wedding day and was so helpful in the planning and execution. She provided us with a lot of great suggestions and referrals to vendors (ie. floralist, officiant and DJ). All of these vendors were the best in the business and I wouldn’t have gotten connected to them had I not been working with Maddie!! As a perfectionist myself, I had lists on lists of my own and had organized a variety of decor myself. Maddie was instrumental in taking these plans over, and getting all of the decor set up at our wedding venue the way I had envisioned it. She absolutely exceeded expectations with this and her attention to detail is a big strength of hers! On our wedding day, it was such a relief knowing Maddie was taking care of everything so I could kick back and relax (or at least try to!!). She kept the day on schedule and worked seamlessly with our other wedding vendors. Our wedding day was perfect and Maddie was such a key part in making it that way. I would 100% recommend Maddie as a wedding planner, you will not be disappointed!

Out of all of our wedding expenses, Maddie was the #1 best use of funds! Without her there to help coordinate our big day we truly do not believe our vision would have been accomplished. She made sure, from Day 1, that everything we wanted done, happened, and if it couldn’t happen… she made sure to make the best situation out of what we had, and kept Mike and I happy. Planning a wedding is a major stress, and planning a wedding out of town is even more of a stress, as soon as Maddie came on board she made a lot of that stress just melt away. As a bride, I felt like I had a million great ideas, and planned all the small details out really well, but still had a hard time seeing everything coming together and running smoothly. Maddie took care of all of this, she made sure that everything I had planned happened and ran on time. After a 3 hour FaceTime call, I knew everything I had spent a year organizing was all going to come together and be amazing because of Maddie. We truly appreciated how Maddie understood exactly what we wanted and had planned, and was 100% honest with us wither or not our ideas made sense... or would even work.

There are a million decisions that go into planning a wedding and having a planner by your side definitely makes the entire process much smoother. I cannot recommend Maddie enough to everyone! Hiring Maddie as my wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions I made as a bride-to-be. After each meeting I felt relaxed and oh so excited for my big day! I knew with Maddie’s help it would be all that I dreamed it to be, and I wouldn’t have to worry about any of the details on the day of. We had Madeline as our day of planner and we hired her a few weeks before. We had originally planned our wedding in Toronto (pre-COVID) and had another planner that was awful, who we ended up parting ways with. We thought that having a 39 person wedding in Muskoka at a private residence would be easy and that we could handle it. We were WRONG. Madeline hopped on with 3.5 weeks to go before the wedding, took over all communication with our vendors, mapped out our schedule to the minute and executed flawlessly. She not only made sure that everything went perfect, according to plan and on time, but was the first person to jump in to provide help with our vendors as well. Having a wedding is not easy, having a wedding in COVID and making sure everyone is safe, exceptionally hard. But Madeline took the stress away and the wedding was STUNNING. We highly recommend her, especially if you're having a Muskoka/Northern Ontario wedding, because the vendor group is small and the nuances are not known if you don't have experience working with them. THANK YOU MADDIE!!!!

Maddie's strong professional relationships with vendors, knowledge of the industry, and creative thinking resulted in the wedding that we had envisioned from the get go, despite having to navigate these uncertain times due to the pandemic.
