Hiring Jessica was one of the best decisions we made for our event. Lots of wedding planner out there, offering very low rates however you get what you pay for and we wanted an experienced take charge individual. This is exactly what we received when hiring Jessica. Jessica and her team are All-stars! We were planning a wedding from 3000km away and Jessica made things real easy! She was prompt to answer questions by e-mail and her information was always clear, complete and professional. From our first skype meeting to the day of our wedding she conveyed an air of being calm and in control. Thanks to her and her team everything went off without a hitch. Decor was set up exactly as we envisioned, the vendors were where they needed to be doing what needed doing and the whole day went like clock work. Jessica never tried to up sell us on her packages and was honest about the level of support we did or didn't need. If we ever have a big event to plan in Toronto we're going back to her without question.

Jessica and her team were absolutely incredible. During the entire wedding planning process, she was helpful, honest, and accommodating. She made me feel like family from the second I met her. She coordinated with all of our vendors, gave me advice when I needed it, and when there was a problem the day before the wedding, she was so on top of it I didn't even have a chance to worry. Absolutely nothing went wrong on our wedding day, the day ran so smoothly, and we were able to enjoy every single second because Jess took care of everything. I can't imagine not having her there! All of our friends and family commented on how fantastic and on the ball she was. I cannot recommend her enough, you NEED to hire her for your wedding!

When we started planning our wedding we initially weren’t going to hire a coordinator, but thank god we hired Jessica Lisi. We called her late in the game and she jumped in without missing a beat. She’s a true pro. Jessica is very attentive, patient, and warm. She made the whole wedding planning a lot less stressful. Jessica Lisi was recommended to me through the decorator we had hired for our wedding and it was worth every penny! I didn't think I needed a wedding coordinator but it made the wedding day go by so smoothly. If something had gone wrong during the day, I couldn't tell you because Jessica handled everything with such grace. She was really easy to work with leading up to the wedding and is super organized. If you've come across this review site to see if Jessica is worth hiring as your coordinator, look no further! I mean it! Saying she went above and beyond what she was hired to do is an understatement! We got married on June 26th, 2021. Needless to say lots of our original plans including the venue and everything that goes with it had to change 'coz you know... Covid. A week (if not longer) leading up to the day she basically took over and made sure to take the stress off my hands. She dealt with the vendors and was very responsive and flexible with my Type A asks. Even the guests at the our wedding wanted her contact info for their future wedding! Jessica was AMAZING. We married in early November and she came highly recommended by our decor company (OMG Events also amazing). The process of getting married is honestly so straining and I couldn't imagined having to do this without Jessica's help. When I first met Jessica, it was 2019 and we were in the beginning stages of planning our wedding for August 28, 2020. When the spread of COVID started to gain traction, we decided to postpone our event to June 25, 2021 as we have very large families overseas and they were not going to be able to join us on our original wedding day... finally, in mid-November we decided that we had no guarantees that things would be better for our June date and decided we didn’t want to wait and began planning for a wedding on December 12, 2020. Yes, we decided to plan a wedding in less than a month. Jessica was the first person I contacted as our initial meeting had been so pleasant and gave us so much information. Not only were we planning a wedding in less than a month but I had also recently started a new job and was unable to take ANY time off to plan asides from two days before our wedding. I genuinely don’t think our day would have happened without Jessica’s help. I’m pretty sure I texted her in the span of three weeks more than her family has in her whole life, seriously hahahaha. She really did become like a sister to me throughout the process, we would joke, she would tell me honestly when I was being irrational, she calmed me down when I was freaking out over not knowing what to do or what was left to plan, she answered every single phone call no matter the time of day and answered every single question openly and honestly. Being so busy with work I almost never had time to catch up on the news and hear of COVID related updates from the government and she always kept me informed of everything that could play a factor in the safety and legality of our day. In the middle of planning our city went into lockdown which was the original place we were planning our reception and we were able to find alternative places and change our guest count. She was the most helpful aspect of wedding planning, she even screened our guests and took temperatures at our (very) small reception we held on families land, and even went out to buy coffee for our reception. She coordinated a very special surprise for my husband and I with my sister (my maid of honour) that he and I still cry about, found vendors with a weeks notice in the middle of a pandemic (no small feat) and was able to remedy any and every curveball thrown our way (and believe me, there were many. The three weeks we were planning felt like a year to me, and the bulk of planning happened literally a week before our wedding). We are still planning on proceeding with our event next year should the current global situation allow us to where we’ll do a renewal of our vows and the original reception we’ve been planning since 2019 and Jessica is actually already hired by us for month of coordination for that event. We can’t wait and know that if we were able to hold such a successful day after planning for only a few weeks that the day we’ve been planning for almost two years will go off without a hitch and be absolutely perfect. Also Jess, if you’re reading this.... Thanks for everything future neighbour ;)

Jessica and her staff were organized and great to work with. They ensured all the details of my event were perused without any hiccups or flaws. Where there was something to fix with another vendor, they were already on it. Jessica made time for me at many times to have meetings to ensure all of my meticulous details throughout the day were met and trust me, there was a TON! She is always two steps ahead of you. We were impressed with our initial meeting with Jessica but after that we were disappointed on many occasions. Some examples include confirming a meeting with her in advance and her response was "good thing you texted as I sent you an invite from my junk email and not my work one". The maid of honour called Jessica in advance to organize a little surprise for us as we walked down the aisle after the ceremony. At first Jessica did not remember we were her clients and then she did not convey the message to the same day coordinator. The MOH was then scrambling right before the ceremony to coordinate the surprise with the same day coordinator. About 4 days before the wedding we receive an email reminding us that final payment is due and the contract will be null and void if not received by 5pm on the day of the deadline. This is despite all our other payments being on time and the tone of the email felt unnecessarily harsh which is not something you want the week of your wedding. These examples may sound trivial but there are other several other examples that highlighted a lack of customer service. Overall, for someone we were paying to make our lives easier and less stressful, we found we were more stressed in working with her. The only highlight was our assigned day of coordinator, Alexandra Fernandes, who was attentive and very accommodating. Alex was a pleasure to work with.
