The most horrible service I've ever experienced. We ordered a toilet for a month. Once the month was up, the toilet wasn't picked up. 2 days later, we called and emailed them to take the toilet away. They charged us for the time THEY didn't pick it up. It's been 3 weeks now and the toilet is still on my property. Their service stinks!

Very unprofessional! It is literally impossible to get in contact with these guys. I've sent multiple emails and called many times with no answer. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.

So unbelievably unprofessional, called to see when I could have them come empty our black tank, a 5 min job, and was told they had no idea when they could send someone out and stated they don’t have enough drivers, when asked when the earliest it could be done was told they didn’t know, receptionist had terrible manors and hung up on me when I asked If there was anyway they could squeeze us in or what time frame we would be looking at. Called Johnny on the spot in ptbo they’re coming today for cheaper. Don’t waste your time. Terrible company with terrible people working for them.

Can't rate them because I won't use them. I wanted to post a comment as this morning I was cut off having to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the truck when no vehicles were behind me only for them to turn off 1000 meters down the road. I though this is poor advertising on their behalf and being in sales myself i would make sure never to recommend them. Then I read the reviews and it doesn't sound like they are a company to recommend anyway. Disappointed.

I see other negative reviews like this so it seems par that the company doesn’t care. Called on Monday and was guaranteed someone would be out Thursday morning on the way to do their Port Hope run and i even call back Wednesday to reconfirm about Thursday morning to do the service. Thursday came and went and I got no call and it wasn’t until Friday afternoon I was able to get a hold of someone again finally and was told the truck broke down Thursday and someone was actually on their way while i was on the phone with dispatch. Of course I waited anxiously Friday after that phone convo for the person to show up and I got a no-show again and it’s now Saturday and still no contact as to why no one is showing up to do the service at my property. Trying to get a hold of these people is like pulling teeth they never answer they never return emails.

We had contracted don on the job for a portable toilet in March. The agreement of the contract was to have our toilet pumped out every week and toilet paper/sanitizer replaced. They only pumped it the toilet every 3 weeks on average (gross) only after dozens of calls. Their son is extremely rude and aggressive. My last straw was when they finally came today to pump the toilet and their son was obviously extremely bad mood. He even walked into the customers occupied home with out knocking. We had asked him to replace the hand sanitizer and he very rudely said “that will be $40 because of Covid” well that was not the agreement. I told him to take the toilet as I was fed up with the poor service and attitudes. He the. Became very aggressive literally threw the portable toilet around, spilling gas that was in a tank beside the toilet all over the place. After the toilet was loaded he proceeded to drive very aggressively out of the job site. I then called the office and the owner answered the phone and said “ya that was my son there, and he said you were upset about the sanitizer. Well we have taken the toilet now.” Never again Don on the job
