Organized brides —-> Wouldn’t recommend! took time to go in for a consult. She was very nice but never heard back for a quote, emailed a few time 2 weeks later got back to us saying needed more time for the quote. What we needed was very simple. Almost a month later still haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t waste your time.

We had chosen Chameleon Events for our wedding as our day-of coordinator and chair rental provider. Although she was very nice, we had several issues. We rarely received responses to emails, even close to the wedding date. I requested the invoice a couple weeks prior to the event and I was sent the bill at 6AM on the morning of the wedding. During our photos, I was interrupted because the BBQ lighter I had left for her couldn't be found to light the candles! We had rented the chairs through this company and although they were beautiful, they were not picked up at the end of the night, as scheduled. I was receiving phone calls from the venue at 2AM, as everything was supposed to be out. Not something you want to be dealing with late on the night of your wedding! Thankfully, the venue did not end up billing me for an extra day, since the chairs were still there. I would have been happier with a planner who followed up at the end to make sure the chairs were out of there, especially when it's a service they are providing! Overall, not a great experience.

We used Chameleon Events for our wedding and couldn't be happier! The venue turned out gorgeous and really captured the look we were going for. Terri-Ann's Day of coordination services really took a weight off our shoulders as we didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Weather conditions changed our plans for outdoor decor but Terri-Ann was able to come up with a quick solution that looked like it was planned. She is a great listener and will try and incorporate everything you want for your day. She is also very honest about what will and will not fit into your budget and will also make recommendations to help you get what you want. We would definitely recommend Chameleon Events for your event planning and decorating needs! Thank you Terri-Ann for your help in making our day unforgettable.

I've worked with Kerri-Ann and Chameleon Events for several weddings and social events through work ( at various event venues and hotels in the GTA) so choosing Chameleon Events to take charge of our wedding decor was a no brainer. Kerri-Ann's personality is calm and fun spirited, she is always professional and her work is always beautiful. Down to every detail the decor at our wedding was amazing and wow'd all of our family and friends. It was great to be able to visit the showroom and see and touch the decor items which helped us a lot in making our final decisions. Chameleon events did the decor and flowers for my son's wedding . Everything was so beautifully done. We were so pleased with how everything came together so well. The flower were so gorgeous. I have never seen such beautiful roses in all my life!

Terri-Ann decorated our wedding last night and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. The flowers were amazing, the decorations were perfect, and she did exactly what we asked. Her artistic vision is unbelievable. We couldn't be happier with her work. She was also there on time at the end of the night to take everything down. She is cost effective, efficient, and super friendly. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Terri-Ann!

I am extremely disappointed with how Terri-Ann at Chameleon Events handled myself and my fiance as potential clients. We met in person on October 16, from a positive referral. At this meeting we discussed what we would like to happen at our wedding which Terri-Ann gave wonderful suggestions. After this meeting we were told that we would receive a quote once we gave her our wedding party table size. We got that information over to her approximately 2-4 days later. She did not respond till well over a week, after we sent a second message wondering if she got our original text. She then assured us that we would receive the quote a few days later. We never received anything. I then texted from my phone as opposed to my fiances and asked if perhaps the email wasn't going through and to ensure she had the correct email. Terri-Ann informed us she would send the quote that night. Three days later I send another message, suggesting she try my email instead. She said she would be in the office that night - no email. It is now November 24th and we haven't heard since then. I'm not upset at the potential of her not wanting to work with us, what bothers me is the several lies about sending a quote on multiple occasions to multiple emails. I would not suggest going with Chameleon Events because ideally you're hiring to help you on your wedding day, and all she has done is add stress of waiting for something that she never intended on sending.

We cannot say enough about Terri Ann and her team at Chameleon Events. They blew our expectations out of the water with the amazing flowers, decor, coordination and attention to detail. Terri Ann went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was magical and that everything ran smoothly. She easily saw our vision and worked to bring it to life, adding her own experience and expertise to make sure it all came together. I am the type that likes to plan in advance and I become anxious when I don't receive a timely response from vendors. Although at times Terri Ann was not as timely as I would've liked, she truly was on-top of everything the week of our wedding, checking in with me almost daily to make sure I was okay and that everything was planned. On the day of our wedding she ensured to manage everything for us so that we were not bothered with any details. Chameleon events was also competitively priced. We would absolutely recommend Terri Ann and her team to anyone, she made our day magical!
