He took the time to understand what we were looking for and hooked us up with vendors that were both qualified and in our price range. During the event his team was quick on their feet to mitigate unforeseen circumstances and take control when things got out of hand. Definitely recommend his services!

Absolutely amazing experience! I hired Beyond Luxury Events for my 3 day wedding that took place in November 2019. Arham is incredibly hardworking, professional and talented at what he does. His management, planning, and MC skills are amazing. He took the vision I had in mind of my dream wedding and helped bring it to life. My family and I built an itinerary with Arham and he ensured everything ran flawlessly and timely according to the itinerary. I was completely stress free on all of my wedding events; everyone told me that I was a very chill bride, and it’s truly because I was at ease knowing that Arham and his team would manage everything. The girls on the team were so helpful and would always fix my outfit/dupatta on stage, before my entrance, etc. During the planning process and days leading up to the wedding, I was always able to contact Arham for anything I needed. He was super easy to get in touch with and responded immediately to calls and messages. He was always available to do whatever he could and went out of his way to get things done - whether it be printing out menu labels for me, preparing a song mix for a performance, and more. Arham’s role in my wedding was more than just a wedding planner & coordinator, but he took care of things like a family member. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to book Arham and his team. Every Bride has a wedding planner in her. I haven’t met a single Bride who hasn’t planned her wedding, found the perfect vendors, outfits and theme to make her big day absolutely perfect! What many Brides don’t plan for though, is after all that planning, and she’s walking down the aisle and trying to enjoy ever second of her big day, WHO is taking care of everything to make sure that walk down the aisle goes smoothly, or the first dance is perfectly timed, pictures are being taken, or whether or not the food being served? "Wedding planning" is the easy part, but wedding coordination is what makes or breaks a wedding! A poorly coordinated is something no Bride, Groom, or their families want to deal with. There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful my husband and I are to Arham, Madiha and the Beyond Luxury Events team. Being a complete type-A Bride, it was only natural that I was stressing over every single little detail of my big fat Indian, 3 day long wedding. But thanks to the tremendous hard work by Arham and team, I was actually able to enjoy my festivities without worrying about the details that I normally would be stressing about. He worked with all my vendors (including a horse!!) on the days leading up to the events, as well as during the events, and handled everything to make sure our events went smoothly. He sat with me and my family for hours trying to create a perfect itinerary for each function, and made every arrangement to ensure everything went according to plan on the day of. He even worked with my in-laws until 3 AM the night before our reception from their side of the family! If that’s not dedication, I don’t know what is! The Beyond Luxury Events team worked through all our wedding coordination, handled my multiple bridezilla breakdowns, gracefully and respectfully handled complicated family dynamics and stayed with us right until the very end to make sure not a single end was left loose. Not only did we get a coordinator, but we ultimately made a friend. Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!

Arham helped organize my mehndi and reception and I could not be happier with the way both events turned out! He took care of all the arrangements to ensure that mine and my husband’s families as well as my husband and I could truly enjoy both events! I had the pleasure of working with Arham for my wedding a couple weeks ago. I initially got in touch with him in December 2018 and from the start I knew it was the best choice I had made for my wedding. This was the first wedding in my immediate family so we had no idea where to start. Arham took the time to walk us through each step and made sure everything was clearly communicated. I was always able to contact him with questions, concerns, issues I was facing, etc. Beyond Luxury Events offers very reasonable pricing for their expert advice. It was very clear to see that Arham knew exactly what to do and had invaluable experience with wedding planning. He took the time to understand what it was I had in mind for my wedding and offered multiple options where needed while respecting my wishes. He really made my dream wedding come to reality. On the day of the wedding was where I really saw the value in hiring a wedding planner. My husband and I were given an agenda ahead of time and knew exactly what the day would look like. Arham was kind enough to even MC our event to ensure everything went according to plan. I think Arham accomplished the impossible; having a desi wedding run on time :) The way our wedding was planned is something I couldn't even expect from family members; Arham planned the wedding as if he was part of the family and not only worked professionally but also passionately to ensure everything ran smoothly. Myself and my husband, Taha both looked back on this day and agreed that it could not have gone as smooth as it did without Arham and his team members Iqra and Aisha. Where do I start! you and your team truly made our wedding experience magical for us. We dreamt it and you executed it for us. From the planning which included last minute changes and frequent communication. You were available and very attentive to us. You actually made the dreaded process of planning fun!. When you get married in the hopes of staying in budget or spending a little extra elsewhere couples dont think of hiring a wedding planner. This is a HUGE misconception. Arham and his team SAVED us on both our Nikka and Valima. From Issues with our decorator to handling our guests ruining the stage decor. I would highly recomend Arham to anyone who is about to get married as having someone who knows the ins and outs of this industry is a huge help. I wish the Beyond Luxury Events team nothing but luck and hope that we can use their services again for the next big event my family has!

My wedding wasnt planned for years it was within a couple of months. Both family came to a conclusion they would have around 600 guest. Did this freak me out thinking how m going to plan all these within a short period of time. After days of stress and struggles I came to know about Arham and beyond luxury through a mutual friend at first I was kinda confused thinking is it even worth it . I thought of giving it a try. The first day when Arham n I talked the first thing he said calm down Farhana we gotachu!! ???? all thanks to Arham he made sure my hubby n I were heads up with everything he made sure everything goes according to plan he made sure I enjoy my wedding . Up and coming event planning and management services. Very professional and personal service. I was amazed at how well they handled the entire event. Recently hired them for my wedding and from the minute I arrived at there venue, I was blown away by how on top of things the entire team was. They had managed a crowd of 700+ people, made sure the itinerary went exactly as planned and also helped greatly through out the entire night. Really appreciated their support and could not have had the wedding without their help.

I honestly don't know where to begin... I read very hesitant at first to hire a wedding planner but not only did Arham and his team make my wedding dreams come true but made it entertaining for the guests. I was stress free, he picked up my calls and answered my questions no matter what, he ensure everything went smoothly, recommended better and affordable entertainment options, had MUAs on his team that could fix anything, and just made every penny I put down worth it. He had tons of links/hookups, I dont even know why I bothered to stress myself with all that when I first started planning. Hes respectful and professional (honestly felt like I had body guards at the event haha) and ensured everyone was taken care of. This post is a long time coming but thank you so so so much for everything!
