Great service, hard working personnel. Would recommend for any social or professional event.

Very classy and modern.

If you are a Marriott person it is a good place. You won't find that much in the way of larger hotels around this area. It was very comfortable, nice, clean rooms but it certainly lacks any real sense of local flavor. Staff was friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking.

Very comfy and all but breakfast is limited and the gym is as basic as my home gym. But everything is veryclean and tidy

Nice place to stay.

Wifi is extremely slow (less than 1Mbits/s) to the point it is difficult to even browse webpages. Furthermore, ethernet (wired) connection is not available. Stay away if you need to work from your room. Otherwise, hotel is pretty standard albeit pricy for the area.

(Translated) Good service and welcoming staff. The reason for my 3 star is that they charged me the deposit to my credit card and never refunded it! I called and they told me it wasn't their problem, the rooms were already paid for so I don't know what happened but too much money got on my back. I needed to call visa and honestly spend hours on the phone fixing this kind of mistake I think we would all do without. I'm so disappointed. (Original) Bon service et personnel accueillant. J’ai appelé et ils m’ont dit que ce n’était pas leur problème , les chambres étaient déjà payées donc je ne sais pas ce qui c’est passé mais de l’argent s’est fait en trop sur mon dos. J’ai eu besoin d’appeler visa et honnêtement passer des heures au téléphone pour régler ce genre d’erreur je pense qu’on s’en passerait tous. Je suis très déçue.

It was a good hotel. They have a nice restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to a local mall. Close to highway

Best place to stay in the Saguenay area.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel however lacks its own kitchen but has a Boston pizza restaurant from which you can order room service. This restaurant is mediocre at best.

Great sleep

Stayed here for a couple of nights in February. Service for check in was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking as well and I do not recall them charging us for parking which was nice. Rooms were good, very clean, had everything you wanted. Walls a little thin, could hear TV from next door, wasn’t too bad and didn’t stop me from sleeping, but if you had an inconsiderate neighbour it could be an issue. They beds were super comfy as too pillows. There is a laundry on the floor I was staying on which was also helpful. They have a really good gym here, way better than I expected and one of the best I have encountered at hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so if you needed anything it too was very handy. The hotel is connected to a restaurant, not sure if one and the same, but it gets charged back to your room. Service was good, I only had breakfast a couple of times here, food and service was good. Waiters mostly spoke English and once they knew you only spoke English they had someone with wait on you that could help.

Excelente hotel with pool and Jacuzzi. Just missing microwave in the room but one was available in the hallway.

Room filled with flies after the first night out of 5 and no housekeeping of supplies dropped off … the air around the hotel stinks … …

Unfortunately when you look at the pictures and you go to the actual site it's complete false advertising. They show an outdoor pool and outdoor patio but it's non existent. On the plus side the facilities are clean and the rooms are nice, however based on the image and what they advertise I can only give one star.

Pleasant surprise at all points of view! My husband has to travel to the rooftop area every two weeks for his new job. Your hotel is definitely our choice when we have to sleep on the road! See you very very soon !!!

Great service

Good checking (also check in area is cosy). Good size room and clean. Infrastructure is a bit noisy (bring earplugs). Room has decent tech connectivity. Lot of parking. Connected to small shopping mall. Nearby everything convenient.

Big, clean rooms with spacious bathroom wit tub & shower. Comfortable bed with pull out couch. Hotel attached to mini mall with DollarStore and grocery store, family restaurant and food court. Boston Pizza is hotel restaurant

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Thought the breakfast is not always included, the food is good and they have a lot of choices.

Perfect nothing else to say

Generally good. But the room was little bit old. Toilet was too noisy.

This is a nice and very complete hotel for the region. The beautiful: very complete, excellent location, free parking, friendly staff*. The good: very comfortable bed, nice shower (would be beautiful if not in bathtub), smart furniture. The bad: although friendly, some staffs look angry and not receptives - but just visually. The ugly: one star lost because rooms to west side are over noisy rooftop ventilators.

Staff went over and beyon expectations. Very appreciated.

Comfy as usual. The downside, no room cleaning if you stay less than 5 nights!!!!! And we weren't advised at check in. Reason: understaffed. Companies are nowadays cutting on service pretending not enough staff. As a customer I expect rates to be adjusted accordingly.

The Delta Hotel has implemented safety measures during the pandemic that made me feel comfortable staying there.

Heard the roommates talking until the wee hours as well as their showers ... Personal on the other hand very pleasant. First time since raising my children that I've been up at 4:45 am! I go down to the restaurant I hope not to be disappointed and above all I hope I have no problem changing rooms to end my stay ????‍♀️ Impeccable cleanliness. (Original) Pire nuit dans un hôtel! Lit tout simplement fini raide. 2 trou littéralement. Je ne peu pas croire que personne s’en est plaint. Cadran pas à l’heure. Incapable de faire fonctionner le téléphone. Première fois depuis l’éducation de mes enfants que je suis debout à 4:45am! Je descends au restaurant j’espère ne pas être déçu et surtout j’espère ne pas avoir de problème à changer de chambre pour terminer mon séjour ????‍♀️ Propreté impeccable.

Was there for only buying a sled pass

We arrived at the Delta Saguenay on Tuesday, March 1st. The staff at reception was very helpful with sled registrations, maps and even recommendations on loops... They even gave us a better rate as we were snowmobilers! We were headed out …

Ici non pour le. même prix de chambre sous prétexte de manque de personnel Pas de table pour bien manger pour un hôtel. Un Boston Pizza adjascent, c’est tout. Located next to a main road. It is situated next to a small shopping mall where you can do groceries. You can find a Mc Donald's, Tim Hortons and a Mike's within walking distance. Not much around. Staff are very helpful and rooms are clean. Wifi is good. There is a free parking lot right in front of the hotel. There is no taxi waiting in the area so call early.

Excellent hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Pool area was great with sauna and jacuzzi. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful rooms with very clean and modern bathrooms. Located near a Metro grocery store and a SAQ which is very nice!

On July 16, 2021, my wife and I had a great stay at the Delta Saguenay. We just came back from driving the scenic Saguenay route from Les Grandes Bergeronnes and really appreciated the comfort of this hotel. Later that evening we had a wonderful dinner at Boston Pizza within the complex of the hotel.
