What an amazing lodge! My wife and I stayed here for one night and found the whole experience perfect! To put in context, my wife and I stayed at Fairmont Lake Louise followed by Rimrock In Banff and ended the trip at the lodge. We found the lodge VERY accommodating with picture perfect views of the mountains (best views out of all our stays on our trip). By very accommodating, let me explain, my wife and I checked in at 9:10pm (10 minutes after the on-site restaurant closed) once front desk (I believe it was the manager) became aware we did not eat as I was hesitant to mention, he rushed to the kitchen to inform the cook to keep the stoves hot as we quickly chose dinner. This was the best hospitality experience we have ever recieved! I would highly recommend this place (and have already done so to close friends and family). In fact, my in-laws have booked a 2-night stay this upcoming week!

There is no TV in the room. You can't order room service from the restaurant. They said breakfast was continental and then gave us a bill after we ate. Nice looking hotel room and views but everything else was disappointing

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and affordable; pet friendly means they actually have thought about it, not just allow animals. No TVs which is odd, but perfect at the same time!
