Where do I begin, in the beginning stages of planning our wedding Elise was convinced we needed a 'wedding planner', I am a lawyer so easily I convinced her we did not need one and we could take this role on ourselves. how hard could it be right? Let's put it this way - as soon as we hired Narelle, I felt a weight was lifted off my shoulder, there were less arguments in our home and we actually even ENJOYED months leading up to our wedding, that is mind blowing to me. It is like paying for someone to ward the stress away. My mother even told me days after the wedding how impressed she was with the whole day and felt she was not doing much to help. When we contacted Narelle, we had a tall order for things that needed to be done and we knew the task of planning a wedding would be difficult on our own. We chose a venue that wasn’t built yet, and on top of that we lived 5 hours away. From our very first meeting, Narelle impressed us with her knowledge of the industry, professionalism, organization and just overall down to earth personality. She was punctual to every meeting, responsive to every email and available to talk if we needed her. We knew our wedding was in good hands. On the day of the wedding, the groom was popping bottles as he got ready and I enjoyed a nap before I walked down the aisle. This is the peace of mind and trust she gave me, and I am forever grateful she was there. Overall, our vision of an intimate, romantic and elegant wedding came to life and blew us away. The design was flawless and so many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. As a designer, Narelle did such a great job blending her design with our own style. She never pressured us as a couple, and got along great with our moms when we brought them to our final meeting. In the end, our wedding still felt like this was true to who were as a couple. When we started planning our wedding in Toronto, we knew it was going to be a challenge only having 1 of us here. My husband lived in California, and with my full-time job I knew I was going to need help planning our wedding of ~230 guests. With so many planners in the city, we finally narrowed our search down to 3 planners who we met with and interviewed. We ultimately decided to go with Narelle's full wedding planning service for two reasons: We loved her can-do-attitude and passion for pulling off unforgettable weddings; and her design and aesthetic resonated perfectly with our vision. Eleven months later we could not be happier with our decision. Narelle guided us through every step of wedding planning from creating our budget, picking the perfect venue in EWG (that our guests loved), and hand-picking each and every vendor. Narelle did a great job of helping us identify areas to save money which helped us stay within budget. We had countless meetings throughout the planning phase, and Narelle was always readily available to get on a call or meeting at starbucks to chat. On the wedding day itself, we didn't have to worry about a thing and we just had to show up, stay in the moment and enjoy our special day without worrying about coordinating with vendors. That peace of mind on the day of alone made hiring Narelle worth every penny. The 11 months before that were just a bonus. But seriously, kudos to Narelle we know we weren't the easiest clients to work with given our indecisiveness, but she did a really great job at understanding our vision and keeping us on track. A lot of our friends and family told us how much they loved our wedding, and that it was the most beautiful one they have ever been to, and a lot of this credit belongs to Narelle. We would 100% recommend her services to anyone seeking help with planning their special day.

Where do we even begin! Narelle has been a part of our lives for many years now. When we got engaged back in 2018, there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted Narelle to be a part of this journey with us. Although we have been friends for many years, it was her eye for detail, organization, punctuality, professionalism and character that drew us to her work. It hasn't been an easy 3 years with the pandemic and unprecedented times, but Narelle had been there for us throughout it all. From the very first design meeting (back in 2018) to the day of the actual reception in October of 2021, it was a dream come true. As a pandemic bride, it was hard to imagine if this day would ever come to life. When walking in the room before our guests and seeing the design package come to life, it was overwhelming with joy. We had only taken 2 steps into the room and my eyes were filled with tears. It was the most beautiful room we had ever seen, and everything was perfect. Narelle did not miss one detail, and she ensured everything was perfectly set and aesthetically pleasing. We had many compliments on the little details such as the gold trimmings around the plates, the goblets, the colour palettes and the velvet table linens. It wasn't until we had worked with Narelle that we realized how much those little details make such a huge impact! In terms of the day of schedule, Narelle was organized and communicated every change and update with us. She was punctual with time and ensured our day of schedule was on point. The entire night ran smoothly, and as the bride and groom - we did not have to worry about one thing! Narelle took care of all the logistics and made sure our role that night was to enjoy every present moment. As happy as we are to have finally celebrated this day with family and friends, we are sad that our wedding planning journey with Narelle is coming to an end. We highly recommend Narelle's services from beginning to end, as she will ensure your day is a dream come true. This was without a doubt, the BEST investment I ever made!! As a bride I was afraid that if I gave the Wedding planning up to someone else that it would take away the fun out of everything or that I would lose control over our Wedding. However, I soon found myself extremely stressed out and so when I reached out to Narelle to get an idea on whether her services was something I needed - I was pleasantly surprised on how confident I was on wanting to hire her after our first meeting. Narelle provided us with all the necessary tools and guided us through every step. She was the main point of contact for all the vendors and just this alone made her services worth it. There are so many moving parts to planning a Wedding that it really does become overwhelming. However, Narelle is such an organized person with a ton of systems in place that she is able to handle all the planning logistics like a true professional. She has extensive knowledge in this field and so she was able to find other vendors that were absolutely perfect! She also really listened to our wants and needs which helped us trust her suggestions and this also ensured that we had the wedding of our dreams (which it really was!!).
