Sheldon and his staff were incredible!! His set-up crew answered all of my questions, and I had a lot as we did the sound system ourselves. And when we had even more questions, Sheldon called us right back even though it was Friday evening. The tent held out through a thunderstorm and the chairs, linens, and dance floor were beautiful. Over the years I can see he has gained extensive knowledge on running the business. He is able to apply what he has learned thus provides exceptional customer service & everything and anything one can think of to ensure your event goes as planned and is presented exactly as you pictured it. We hired Sheldon over 22 years ago to DJ our wedding in May 1997. So with my hubby turning 50 in October & wanting to organize a surprise birthday party for him it only made sense to see if Sheldon was still in the business. Thank goodness he was! I didn't need anything fancy as it was only a group of about 50 people & was hosted in a small community hall. I needed speakers, a mixer, microphone and some lights. He hooked me up with exactly what I needed at a very reasonable rate. No high pressure selling but certainly provided some other options I may have liked. Everything I needed was ready to go as promised. Andrea at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with both on pick up & return. Although what I required from Infinite wasn't very much in the scheme of party planning, it was still important that things went smooth and I got what I needed. If I am ever planning another party, Infinite Event Services will be my first stop, it should be yours too!
