The staff are disrespectful and demeaning to me as a person and I didn’t check in because the staff insinuated that I would steal something just because of what I was wearing and the colour of my skin I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone based off this experience

Nice rooms with good decor, staff are friendly and provide a good service. In a big car the car park can be somewhat difficult to get in and out. A pretty good hotel and a pleasant stay.

Excellent service and very clean rooms! Beds are comfy and a great breakfast is included. The lady serving the breakfast was super sweet.

Mother and child were placed in front of the 24hr gym. House keeping started at 7am. I was sent on a wild goose chase for ice. No one who works here seems to know where the ice machine is located. Pet friendly facilities that charges $30/night for a pet should provide at least a bowl for water, a place to take my pet to use the washroom and hey for $30/night they should definitely have their own bed/blanket! I wouldn't travel with my dog if I didn't have too. If you are a pet friendly hotel, include it in the price in the room similar to the rest of Ontario! I've stayed in better hotels all over Ontario and never been charged for my dog. This information should be posted with prices at the very least! They also double charged me! When I called to ask about it, they told me I was wrong. Finally, I got a call back and I was informed they had made a mistake. I'm still waiting for the charges to be reversed 4days later. Something about Timmins and the surrounding area, they like to gouge you where ever they can! They definitely saw me coming... hahaaa
