The staff here are always welcoming when I visit this branch. The line ups are never very long. I would rate this location 5 stars if the hours were more accommodating for personal banking. The hours are perfect for most business banking.

Extremely high fees, 80 a month on a 5 dollar account. Criminally high interest on loans. Jacked up prices during the pandemic. Terrible service. Staff should quit and be ashamed of themselves for stealing from ppl during a crisis.

Website and automated phone suck. If you don't know an extension of someone at the bank, it hangs up on you.

If I could I would leave NO STARS. I was NOT informed of any changes made to my account and changes were made. I DONOT have daycare nor time atm with work and kids to make an appointment to change cash back limit. Pretty sad was a customer for YEARS and nothing they could do pretty much a slap to the face today. Shawn needs better people skills she didn't even say hi or nothing except your SOL and to make an appointment for something I DIDNT ALLOW . I WILLL BE closing my caccount with scotia and going to somewhere I feel appreciated. I have talked to other banks and they INFORM there customers of any CHANGES MADE. Do better scotia.

why when you look up Scotiabank kenos phone number and you get a number you end up at a call centre somewhere else in the world and a 30 minute wait ... I just want to ask the branch a simple question tell me why I cannot talk to the branch itself Terry

Try calling and repeatedly put on hold becaudb of the useless *answering* system. Had enough. Switching banks because of this.

Today's visit earns 1 star for an otherwise place with good service. I went in and knowing I don't use this branch often and it was a high amount to pay the vet, I automatically offered my driver's license and of course I have my bank card. She asked me way too many personal questions and asked me to sign a sticky note so she could see my signature which is right on my driver's license. Never has any teller asked me that and she said it's "because you're from out of town." Not my first time at this bank either. I don't like that at all.
