Very dirty, room has not been cleaned, bathroom fan did not work, futon couch was disgusting and flat as a pancake, full of cheese and pet hair, just not fit to sleep on. I do not recommend this location if you practice cleanliness, If you are a scum bag this place may be suitable for you.

Very clean rooms with friendly staff. The prices are really good and it’s close to the mall. Perfect for getting away for a weekend.

The Man From Hell

Although the hotel is a bit older, it has undergone recent renovations, so the rooms are quite clean, comfortable and up to date. The rates are better than most of the newer hotels in the area, so it has become my first choice when spending the night in Timmins.

Microwave didn't work. The shower didn't drain properly and some very dirty stuff comes out of the draining. Hair dryer didn't work. Lights didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work (and probably never cleaned). No cleaning during the stay. Got a bad skin infection staying here and that resulted in me having to leave early from my work. 0/10 would not recommend. The staff was friendly and that is the only pro.

If the location suits (its out of town) then this is a very good hotel. The hotel has very customer oriented friendly staff who go out of their way to help, and a quality restaurant inside the hotel.
