Krazy Krazy sold me a computer that was to expensive and said it was good. After a couple days of use it was horrible.

Warning!! My mother purchased a Samsung top loading washing machine. After paying to have it delivered she found out that it did not work, and so she payed again to have it sent back to Krazy Krazy. The guy at the store was extremely rude to her & did not want to give her a refund, saying that they don’t give refunds. After much argument they finally gave her a refund, but my mom was still out the $175 she payed Krazy Krazy in delivery fees. She said that the experience made her want to cry. She took her business to Best Buy where they have a 30-day money back guarantee.

They are an explornet subcontractor, and their job was to upgrade our equippement.(modem and dish) work order sent multiple time since march 2015, job was done in january 2016. the person in charge of explornet there don't seem to listen to his voicemail.because he never call back.

Absolute best selection, service, and price. It has been my experience that they will match, or beat any regular priced items. Don't go here they scam you and the they are no help at all I brought my pc to be made over there and they ripped me off and took my parts and replaced them with bad parts then said they never received the parts when I dropped it off to be made the manager also isn't helpful he insulted my family and still charged us for the computer being built even though it took a week and charging us more because of "AN extra piece that was needed". Don't shop here go somewhere else.

I always thought this store was about electronics, WOW.. THEY even sell matresses and boxsprings. The item that i was serching for was available but doesn't do what its suppose to do. Very disappointing to say the least not to mention their pricing is KRAZY high for what you get. Would be better shopping online at Amazon.ca.

Went to the store to try and get a phone set up. Unfortunately the phone was not unlocked. The tech basically turned us away saying they wouldn’t do the unlocking because of Covid and this time would take away from costumer. Great service I will not be back ever for our company cell phones or personal. Shop local they say wonder why we dont support local. Thanks for the great service Krazy Krazy.
