We first discovered Maggie's Flowers when we lived just down the road. She was so pleasant, helpful and talented that we continued to pop-in for regular bouquets. If visiting in store, be sure to give yourself a little extra time as you will find yourself being carried away in conversation or greeting her adorable cat Tiger.

What's in the box is exactly what is advertised. Flowers. By Maggie. Maggie is exceptionally friendly and pleasant and helpful. Also there's a cat who lounges in the window. I don't know the cat's name. But the cat is a major selling point for me when combined with Maggie's help.

I could not be more delighted with the selection of cut flowers that were delivered! I spoke to Maggie, who totally heard me when I requested garden-type flowers for my niece for graduation. The photo shows gorgeous delphinium, a dark pink calla lily, a sunflower, orange, white, etc. I would order again in a heartbeat!

I don't write reviews often but Maggie did the perfect job on my flowers for my wedding last September. I was having difficulty articulating what I wanted but she seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. And the requests I did make were followed to a T. They were perfect, stunning, affordable, and although she was swamped that day and I had a large order (8 bouquets, some other stuff, and a huge amount of flower arrangements for the tables) she made sure they were done by my requested time so that they could be driven to the Muskokas. And yes, not a single wilty flower after a 5 hour drive. Can't thank her enough!

Above and beyond in customer service. Was my first time ordering here and I had made an error. Completely my fault and the staff ( 2 different staff members) went above and beyond to remedy MY error. Beautiful arrangements for very reasonable prices. Owner was also very lovely. Very cute space with so many neat products. My sisters and i had an Auntie passing away during christmas. We felt helpless all the way at the west coast and her in ottawa. I found Flowers by Maggie based on internet reviews. My sister called and ordered flowers, only trouble was it was one day to christmas eve and there was a snow storm. Maggie closed her shop early and personnally drove the flowers to the hospital. Not only did she delivear the flowers, she stayed and visited. They took pictures and sent them to us. She then Hugged my auntie for us and wished her peace. You are our Christmas angel and forever in our memories of what a tremendous person and kind heart that you are. There is truely good in the world, her name is Maggie.

My mom ordered my bouquet with Stargazer lilies. The bouquet arrived with all the Lilies closed and to date not a single one has bloomed. Moreover this is not the bouquet my mom ordered either. The store does not answer their phone and this was quite a pricey purchase. A total rip off and false advertising. I would recommend any other local florist but definitely stay away from Flowers BY Maggie ????????

My nieces both live in Ottawa and I needed to send them flowers. I "googled" florists near them and found Maggie. She was wonderful to talk with and helped me decide what I wanted in the bouquets. Maggie made some floral arrangements for my Gran who had fallen and her health subsequently declined. I bought an arrangement any time a change happened with her so that she could see something happy and cheerful. I told Maggie that my Gran really wasn't doing well and she made the most gorgeous arrangement, I brought it to the hospital that night and my Gran passed the next morning. It makes me feel so much better knowing that my Gran had passed looking at those beautiful flowers and knowing how much she was loved. Since my regular florist closed down, I searched for a new one and was recommended to check Maggie’s out. I Ordered and had a bouquet of roses with calla lily flowers delivered to my spouse for an anniversary. Called and was given a price that was comparable to other suppliers. Very pleasant on the phone and offered helpful suggestions. The bouquet was delivered on time and impressed those that saw it. The flowers have continued to bloom days later. They met every expectation and went beyond when it came to the presentation and little add-one to add colour and depth to the overall bouquet. Would Recommend and reuse them in the future.

Every arrangement I have ordered from Maggie has always been beautifully put together. I've ordered for mother's day, a family birthday, Christmas, and the recipients are always so happy. I've only been here a handful of times, but if I ever need flowers - I will come here. Story time: The flowers I ordered got squashed by a box in my car as I was driving up to visit family. Somehow they survived and still looked wonderful. I have a feeling they recovered easily since they were so freshly cut. Very happy with the quality and service by Maggie!
