Very disappointed that many of the menu items were unavailable and the waitress didn't tell us at the time that she gave us our menus. Once we received out meals...one had to be sent back as it was not cooked properly :(

Probably the first time that I left half a steak, just couldn’t finish it. Server was friendly but the quality of service and the food was not good. Good place for a quick drink and some general appetizers. Not a good place if you want a have a good meal.

Service terrible. If one area is busy (bar area) and dining room is dead, then pool your resources. When servers get overwhelmed they have to write off tables for service. Sucks when you are that table. No follow up after someone else ran the food order. No more offer for beverages (don’t you want more sales) order until well after food was gone. Very disappointed

Girl that answered the phone was awesome, girl that delivered was awesome. Wasnt impressed with how the toppings appeared on the pizza, everyone has their own preferences. Really bad/slow service. Not a one off experience. I have been coming here for 4 straight nights because it's literally in the parking lot of my hotel. From Friday to Monday the only day that the service wasn't abysmal was Sunday because the bar was empty. Truly amazed at how long it can take to get a beer - in the bar, not the restaurant - literally started a timer, 10 minutes with an empty glass sitting at the end of the table trying to make eye contact with everyone who looks like they might work here. My guess is they are under staffing the place. Do yourself a favor and don't sit in the bar or just better yet, go to a different place.

Delays delays. Twice within just a couple days, restaurant kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Ordered pizza. Manager came to me 30 mins later to tell me they had made the wrong pizza, so I had no meal. Offered to take it off my bill but the experience was ruined and I was still hungry. Day earlier, simple order for brownie was 25 mins wait. No apology for that one. Not tecommended if you want food in a reasonable amount of time.

i was there with my family and guest at 5.30 pm the receptionist was above to give us table and suddenly discuss with the senior staff and ended up with saying need to wait for 30 minutes and next minutes she and her senior staff provided the next couple of customer table with out any reservation ...seem like they don't like Brown people business ... So please be aware of Brown people in Timmins to dine specially in Boston Pizza ... Having been Canadian Citizen such bad experience today and senior staff was watching us so rude with red eyes ...as we did some thing wrong on there door step

Hi Boston Pizza lovers...... although, in general I have no complaints.....Love Love Love the mushroom/spinach penne....really enjoy the multi cheese ravioli BUT the spaghetti and meatballs for $21.99 is a total failure....mushy pasta and the sauce is mediocre at best....meatballs are ok but I give that pasta a 3....it tastes like canned spaghetti.

The quality of food and service was excellent. I placed my order via the web app, and the food was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. I was greeted by a very friendly person at the front counter who got my food and I was on my way shortly after. The food was well packaged and I was especially impressed with a separate package that contained the utensils and napkins. Well done Timmins Boston Pizza!

The only thing that was enjoyable was my waitress ! That place seriously needs to clean up , food wise and defenitly cleanliness. Ordered three meals and all came out wrong . My pulled pork past was more like noodles swimming in barbecue sauce . My shrimp taco came out as a chicken taco and the most shocking was my pizza had the wrong toppings ! You suck Boston pizza of timmins ! I would be ashamed if I owed it !

Pretty good experience today. Service wasn't bad just a little slow. Server was friendly though. The pineapple, beet, goat cheese salad was good. I don't know if there is something I'm missing that they have to do this. Everytime I'm out anywhere and say I just want a 1/2 glass of pop refill they always bring a full one. I even mentioned to the person I'm with, watch he'll bring a full one. When he came back with the full glass my friend started to laugh. Not a big deal just curious.

Bought a gluten free burger and fries March 1st and the bun was hard as a rock. It was dried out!! I ordered the same thing two weeks ago and it was really good!!! If you offer gluten free the least you can do is make sure it’s fresh or just not offer it at all!!!

Chef Mic is literally unstoppable. Everything at this company is delivered frozen - except for the salads. And the salads, are to die for. Literally I went out in the middle of a pandemic to eat a salad. Probably the best salads at a chain that exist, and if I ever take my employees out for a corporate luncheon again, I am taking them here. I won't pay, though. Just because I can doesn't mean I will.

Food which we ordered came after 1hour and it was sooo Cold then we re-ordered it then we got frozen food which was not cooked well .... We asked to speak to manager ... she came and was very rude and said we got timers and we know what we do... u ate more then half and now saying it's not cooked ... I told we are not here for free food , we still gonna pay for it... she never apologize or said sorry .. very Rude and showed attitude... Boston Pizza sucks in Timmins . Attended as a fundraiser for a local ringette team. Had the shrimp taco and the Viva Italia pizza. Both were just the right amount of spicy. The servers were great guiding the ringette players as they helped serve. Thank you Boston Pizza for the community support!

Sat at the bar and the service was extremely slooooooow. Had to ask for menus and more drinks. Bar top was filthy. It appears that off duty staff members were sitting at the bar beside me, and were drinking and getting better service than customers. They were also mocking out patrons! One was still wearing her BP shirt. Bar tender was more focused on them and settling cash receipts and billing than me. They were also out of common liquor drinks. Men’s Washrooms was filthy. One would think that there would be a big drawing crowd from the Hampton Hotel with high profile customers using BP because of the location. Too bad they are subject to low standards well below other BP Restaraunts. I will still go to other BP locations but never again in Timmins until they step up their game. Take a cab and go to Montana’s!!!

Worst visit to Boston pizza ever, arrived at 8:40pm on Sunday June 9, wasn’t seated till 8:55pm... there were maybe 12 people in total in the whole restaurant. Was quick to take my order, waited over half an hour for my food. Started to get busy when I was finishing my meal. Waited atleast 45 mins for someone to come ask if I wanted my bill. Meanwhile my meal plate, app plate and drink were all sitting empty at the end of the table, felt like I was literally forgotten as I ended up with 3 different waitress’s that either of them knew what was going on. Asked for my bill twice and still waiting, contemplating just leaving, but my morals are too strongz

Although we had a table of 8 we had to ask 3 times for our drinks to be ordered and one of the staff members became really rude with our table. Was forced to eat here tonight because I am staying at the Hampton and there's nothing else around within walking distance. Calamari tasted stale like it was made 4 hours prior then refried. The sauce for my Chicken Bowtie was lacking flavour, the pasta was overcooked, and the chicken was tough. I might have overlooked the food if the service was good, but it wasn't, and there was only 3 tables occupied with 1 gentleman at the bar (who might have been an employee). There were 2 servers working, which is more than enough to cover the patrons. My main was served to me and I was not offered Parmesan or fresh black pepper. After about 4 minutes, I asked for it. After 5 minutes (I timed it), I went to the bar to try and find some on my own. When I asked my server, she advised that the gentlemen was coming with it; no apology given for the wait. I am turned off of Boston a Pizza for life, yuck...

I eat lunch there sometimes with my son and it is the worst food and service I've ever had. Waitresses are usually rude and nowhere to be found, the food (other then pizza) is frozen and microwaved which is why it's so awful, my salmon was still frozen in the middle and my side was cold. The time I went afterwards 2 pieces of 4 of my chicken quesadilla had no chicken. Very disappointing especially for what they charge you for microwaved dinners.

Overpriced and food is nothing special

My wife and I arrived on a Tuesday night at about 7:15 P.M. the waitress serving our table was quick to arrive with menus and shortly thereafter came back for our beverage order. Once the beverages were served, she took our food orders. This was completed at about 7:30 P.M. From here things went downhill. My wife ordered a Caesar salad which arrived at the table relatively quickly but the lettuce was soggy. We ordered a pasta dish and a pizza as our main course. These arrived almost an hour later which was unacceptable. Had the food not arrived when it did we were going to cancel the order and leave. While the bar service was efficient, the kitchen service was not. Our waitress was pleasant but offered no apologies for the slow food service, so one must assume that the slow service is the norm. In summary the food was not too bad, but the service to get it was terrible.

We had a fantastic lunch, food and service was great at this location. Awesome atmosphere. Had it been a little warmer we would have sat out on the patio which faces the water. What a delightful view. Kudos to our server she was wonderful!

Boneles chicken wings hard and dry , pop flat Fries were cold.. and nacho not that good not going back . To much money for that but the waitresses were very nice and friendly.

Poor food. Slow waitresses. Never checked up on us. Caught waitress rolling her eyes when she thought we weren't looking. Caught food poisoning the last visit. Won't be visiting ever again. Don't recommend.

So a group of 16 of us arrived around 7:30 looking for supper and a drink. I was amazed when someone came out and explained that they wouldn't be able to help us since we were to big of a group. The weird part is that the restaurant wasn't very busy. On the dining side it was 30%-40% full, and on the bar side was 4 tables out of 10 and a party of 10 in the back. This was hardly what I call a rush. I would look elsewhere if this is what they think is a rush.

Our server Scott was amazing! The restaurant was packed and other customers were being so rude because of the wait but he handled himself very well! He was polite and very kind! Definitely hope I get him as a server next time I go!

Food was good, drinks were good, service was horrible. Our server must of been a futuristic hot robot lacking programming for human interaction. Was not an enjoyable experience. The curly haired blonde was good though.
