We changed venues, and dates, and they were very supportive through it all. They also KILLED the décor!!! Everything I ever envisioned my wedding day would look like... these two made it happen. We hired Kelly & the Say Events team to guide us through our destination wedding at Spirit ridge resort in Osoyoos and they were nothing short of fantastic. Considering it was a destination wedding, Kelly was very efficient and effective in each stage of planning as she helped us make our chaotic vision come to life seamlessly. We had 2 ceremonies in different locations followed by dinner & dancing which all seemed to flow effortlessly with Kelly's organization. Our destination & venues made even more beautiful by the decor they set up, especially since I didn't know what I truly wanted. As a bride, the last thing I wanted to think about was arranging for everyone to be where they needed to be (guests, vendors) so having Kellys help was priceless. She made sure to keep everything flowing and took care of any hiccups along the way. Our day was stunning, calm & enjoyable because Kelly & the team took care of all the behind the scenes chaos. W e can say with 100% confidence, our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Say Events and we are so grateful for their hard work and services. She helped me not only with the multiple changes and quirks of a pandemic wedding ceremony and navigating the ever changing public health requirements, but also with any wedding planning anxiety or concerns. Planning weddings pre-covid times were stressful enough, but planning weddings in the midst of a pandemic is a COMPLETELY different ballgame. Through every up and down we had experience with planning our day, Kelly and Tarina were nothing short of amazing. We had started working together before the pandemic with different ideas for our day. As covid had different plans for the world, they worked together (in my opinion tirelessly) to make our vision a reality. Being the responsive, organized and thoughtful people they are, they stopped at nothing to make sure we were constantly content and calm throughout the process of all the changes that were made. They worked with us through rescheduling our big day, to a super last minute venue change and the list goes on! Big wedding or small, these two will do nothing but bring your dreams to life and keep you grounded throughout the whole process. Our wedding may not have been what we had initially thought, however it turned out to be even better than my husband and I had ever hoped. With so many curve balls being thrown our way during our wedding planning this past year, thank goodness we had Tarina & Kelly from SAY EVENTS as our wedding planners!! We showed them photos of what we had envisioned and our day couldn't have gone any smoother considering the change in venue just weeks out from our special day. Kelly and Tarina made my gender reveal outdoor event of 50 people just as I dreamed and brought it to real life. Not only that, but I planned the entire event with them from Michigan for my Surrey party, since I hadn't been home in almost 2 years due to COVID. I'm Indian and have been to many parties as well as hosted them. Kelly and Tarina made the entire experience stress free and it was the most enjoyable party I had ever been to in my life. SAY Events are nothing short of AMAZING! We used them for our wedding in August and could not have been more happy! Kelly & Tarina worked with us through the toughest of COVID restrictions and helped pull off our dream wedding. They not only kept us in the loop with all our vendors, collected Inspo and absolutely SMASHED our boho theme. If anything went wrong, or something bad happened, we were the last to know about it. Kelly and Tarina were an absolute pleasure to work with. I gave them my vision and they went above and beyond what I imagined. The decorations were just stunning. They completely took care of the set up and take down so no one at the wedding had to lift a finger. This was all for an extremely reasonable price compared to what's out there. We hired Kelly and Tarina for our September 18, 2020 that turned into a postponed September 17, 2021 wedding. We used their services for both planning and day of coordinating and they were amazing from the start. It was a very difficult time to plan a wedding with the constant changing of Covid protocols and lots of uncertainty, both ladies were fantastic in terms of organization and helping us make our decisions. When we finally came to the time to have our wedding they were such life savers, we had a storm the day of and had to move our outside ceremony to inside. We had great vendors due to their connections within the wedding industry. They executed our decor vision perfectly, it was beautifully done! Both Kelly and Tarina jumped to help us with every little thing, down to fixing a bridal veil, blow drying the groom’s jacket after outdoor photos, assisting grandparents with their food at the buffet and all the while keeping calm and positive. We cannot thank them enough for their planning expertise, day of coordinating and everything in between. Thank you so much Kelly and Tarina! We highly recommend using their services for any event, especially your wedding, you will not regret it.

These girls were everything my wife and I needed on our wedding day. They were on point with every detail and planned out our night perfectly. They handled the set up and take down of the decor and everything they chose looked beautiful. They handled every one of my needs and did a great job of keeping groomzilla at bay. I can be pretty particular about small details and these girls totally worked with me. They even had an emergency dress repair kit to fix her dress after I stepped on it! Without them, our big day wouldn't have been as amazing as it was. I can't speak highly enough about them, my wife and I would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding co-ordinators. Wow, where do I even begin! Two weeks out of our wedding, my fiancé (who stayed relatively removed from most of the planning) said to me, “wow, they have done a lot of work for us, hiring Tarina was the best decision we made during the whole wedding process”. For months, we had contemplated not even hiring a day of coordinator, and I’m SO glad we did. Tarina and Kelly did the most fabulous job, I did not feel an ounce of stress the entire day because I knew they had it under control. We live in Australia and they were both so accommodating to our time zone throughout the planning process and they were so hands on and I completely trusted them on the ground helping me with everything, from site visits, to meeting the caterer, to having things shipped to them. We had also done our decor through them as well, and my gawd, Kelly completely captured my Pinterest vision and made it a reality. The moment we sat down for dinner after our grand entrance, I looked at my husband and said, “this is exactly what I dreamed our wedding would be, this is what I have envisioned for the last 14 months”. Hiring Tarina and Kelly will be the best decision you make throughout the entire planning process. They have so much knowledge under their belt and advice that you would have never thought of. I just wish we could do it all over again!

♥️Seriously couldn’t of asked for a better team to look after us in the planning of our wedding. The minute I talked to them on the phone I knew they were my people! Everything was better than we could of ever imagined and everything just fell in to place. I can’t thank them enough for all the little things like getting someone to go to the store to get ice cream sandwiches for our daughters for after dinner???? Because we were planning throughout a pandemic, we def had some moments where we didn’t know what was going to happen but both Tarina and Kelly made us feel calm and reassured that whatever we ended up doing would be amazing. We had venue changes, a cancelled reception and ceremony of only 10 to ending up being able to have 50 of our family and friends and most beautiful fun ceremony and reception ever! We got to have more than we ever expected was possible and planned in a very short time. They make wedding planning look easy. If you or anyone you know is looking for a couple of amazing women to help you with your big day, these are your ladies! ♥️
