The services were great and considering that the hotel is under renovations the staff are doing a wonderful job. The stay was not compromised by the renovations in the least.

Average hotel, with the minimum conveniences. No desk chair or work desk, or shampoo in room. Room was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from airport.

We would have liked to use the swimming pool but it was booked. The room was ok except for the pigeons. It seemed like they would fly into the room but perched right on the ledge outside of the window.

We book a one day King Size room but because of the snowstorm we book another day and given a double room. Though we stayed for two days but the coffee haven't been refilled. We would love if you have a complimentary bottled water too.

Bathroom was small other wise everything else was good

Was only in the room to sleep but overall the experience was a pleasant one. Even with the construction underway u could not hear it. But as I previously mentioned the carpet in the rims and halls really need to be replaced.

This hotel wasn’t always the best but with all the renovations, it’s definitely stepping up its game! While the bathrooms are tiny, the newly renovated suites more than make up for it! It’s a beautiful hotel with super comfy beds!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and kids and our friends. The pool area has 2 large open water slides that the kids absolutely loved. It also has a separate pool that was a good size as well. This addition to the hotel has really increased its value. I will stay here again as the kids had a blast. Thank you Holiday Inn!

Good hotel experience, room and common areas were clean. I experienced great customer service. The only issue I had was the restaurant was closed for renovations and had to eat away from hotel or downstairs in the pop up restaurant. The food there was good, but it wasn’t kept hot.

Our stay at the hotel was relaxing, comfortable and clean. However, our breakfast was not good at all. The menu was limited. There was no butter to put on our toast for 3 mornings, we stayed for 4 days. There were no kids for the coffee to go cups. The staff however were a joy to meet.

This hotel was wonderful and very relaxing for both myself and my toddler son.. I wanted a change of scenery for the night and the holiday Inn made us feel right at home. Wonderful staff and fantastic friendly room service was offered. Would definitely recommend for traveling families!

Stayed for one night. Had some meetings nearby and I am familiar with this location. Cleaning and comfortable accommodations. Never got a chance to use the swimming pool or fitness center on this visit. Usually use the water slides and swimming pool when we visit.

The room I booked was not what I received. I rented a room with a king bed and pull out couch. What I got was a double bed with a pull out couch. We also went to go to the pool and even though we had put times booked the water slides were not ready.
