Made things way more difficult than they needed to be. Unfair "policies" of non-transferrable and refusing refunding partial payments on "discount" items even though we paid over the contract required deposit amount. Would not allow us to get florals with our store credit. 0 stars.

zero stars. We had to make a change to our order. we gave a months notice and we were happy to choose some other items from them to use at the wedding but were denied any leniency or flexibility. Now they are just keeping our partial payment that we were happy to use towards something else. This is just bad business and greed at a time when the wedding industry is just starting to recover. We were told by several people not to use The Wedding Vogue, but we did and now we know why we shouldn't have. There are lots of other options out there folks. Save your time and stress. I can not emphasize how valuable these ladies were in helping me organize my wedding. They are so hard working and are so dedicated to making your special day absolutely perfect. My outdoor wedding called for rain at the last minute and these ladies sprang into action to weather proof my venue while still making it absolutely beautiful and cozy for my guests. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They are a must-hire. So so sooo key.

Highly recommend!! They did a great job with our wedding venue..I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and they followed through. It was beatiful and just how I wanted it!! It was a lot less stressful having Karla and her team do the decorating!! Amazing!!

The Wedding Vogue did an amazing job with the decor and flowers for my wedding in August. Everything was absolutely stunning. It was beyond my expectations. Karla and Jessica did a wonderful job setting up the decor, everything was perfect and exactly what I had asked for and more, and Melissa did a phenomenal job with my flowers, they were gorgeous. 100% recommend the Wedding Vogue for all your wedding needs.

Everyone said how relaxed and stress-free I looked during the wedding, and that is almost completely because of Karla's hard work. She was incredible, went above and beyond in everything that we needed that day. I was so hesitant to hire a wedding day coordinator because I didn't think I needed one, and I know that without her keen eye and experience everything wouldn't have run so smoothly. Keeping someones deposit because of a request for change is so sneaky and shady. No where in the receipt did it say deposit money wasn’t transferable. It’s not as if a full refund was asked for, only a change in what was needed. Dishonest and shady behaviour. Especially with the already stressful act of planning a wedding during a pandemic. If I could rate this business a 0 I would.

As someone who is a tireless champion of small businesses, it pains me to warn the general public to please NOT support this business. We gave her a few months notice that we did not require a chair rental, and we were hoping to transfer our $200 to go to other services and she flat out refused with no valid reason. Her "policy" of non-transferrable deposit payments is unfair, yes, but it's also not written down anywhere in her contract. She gaslights you into thinking you've done something wrong and turns what should be a happy experience into something filled with regret. Oh, and she's getting her besties to give her five star reviews on here lol. What a joke.

This would be 0 stars if it was an option. This was a frustrating, discouraging experience. There was zero flexibility or compassion when dealing with the owner. They kept 100% of my deposit with several months notice of wanting to change my order. Even if it is or is not in the contract, beware! She will twist her words or the contracts to fit her agenda and repeat herself consistency till you are out of your deposit. Don't waste your time or money and choose a different business to support.

Amazing!!! My husband an I had such a great experience. One thing that I really liked was that the owner , Karla, is very sincer, straight to the point and clear. I really value and appreciate that on a person. It helped a lot with communication, no confusions or surprises. If something was not working, TWV let us know and gave us options that fits our budget. Also, they always took in consideration our vision and helped us to make it even better. They were very professional and acted quickly when a problem and went above and beyond to make that day so special. I warranty that you won’t regret hiring TWV. They know what they are doing and have a lot of experience . Something, that I will never forget is that for some reason I showed my gown to Karla, and mentioned how I wanted my hair and that I didn’t know what hair accessory to use for my wedding day. Well, that day, after my hair was done, I didn’t like the hair piece i have chosen to go with my dress and hair, I was on panic mode and my mom, aunt didn’t know what to do. Well, Karla had already bought a hair piece that she saw randomly in a store, that thought it will go with me. It was perfect. I couldn’t believe it. Those kind details and tiny things that not everyone thinks or do, well TWV will do that and more for you. E&P
