Rented my chairs from here for my wedding. They delivered and set up, then came and took them all away afterwards. Everything went perfectly and the chairs worked out beautifuly. The staff in store was very kind and helpful!

We ordered a back drop for our wedding. The equipment was missing a base which luckily our wedding venue had. Before knowing our venue had one they did not offer to bring the piece and did not offer even a partial refund. Back drop did the trick.

We were excited to pop into this store after lighting of the lights to see what they had for future events, as we are new to the neighbourhood. While the stock is a good variety and they have lots of interesting items, we were interested in two items that were not priced. The two young girls working that night tried to look the prices up, but couldn't seem to find them. We wandered for about half hour then finally left empty handed.

The service at this store is excellent. I have purchased party decorations and rented glassware for parties and dinners. The glassware is beautiful and the prices simply cannot be beat. Email a list of needs and someone will send a price list back! Call to order glassware - ready the same day. And they deliver. Everything you need for a party!

I bought helium balloons from Party City in Bayers Lake which includes a free helium fill. The girl at the store was super confusing telling me I had to make an appt to fill them right then and there; I said I didn’t know when the event was taking place yet. She said I could call closer to. When I called today to set up an appt, the man on the phone told me I had to pay first, and I said it was free (because it was included with the balloons), he said no, and that they would’ve made me set up a time when I purchased them. I said no, and explained, he then laughed and said there was 15 people in the line up at the store, and they had one cashier on so I’d have to hold. I hung up. I called this Ultimate Party Store, and they were friendly and quick to set up a time to fill them. I would MUCH rather pay to fill them then deal with rude and confusing employees. Thank you to the people at this store for being upbeat, friendly, and easy to talk to ☺️ ! Will recommend this store to anyone having a celebration that doesn’t want the hassle that other stores try to put you through!
