Have been to Onyx a couple of times and have to say it’s a great place to have fun. We went on a Thursday night and it was the best as they play retro hip hop music, drinks are cheap, and bartenders are nice. I would definitely go again. My only concern is that it didn’t seem to have a dress policy so the men look rigid. But otherwise a good place.

Disgusting place. Rude manager. Will NEVER return. Spent money on bottle service and was asked to leave. Myself had less than half a glass and apparently I am “too drunk”. This place is a waste of your time and money. No wonder it is empty and free to get into. Desperate.

Worst bar in Guelph! Floors are so sticky its hard to walk. Staff are rude and drinks are way to expensive. They are also violating health orders by allowing the wealthy customers to not wear a mask while everyone is packed together like sardines and has to drink around their mask. Go visit any other bar downtown and you’ll have a much better and cheaper night.

Terrible Service! The bouncers are so rude and disrespectful! they must be on some power trip. The COVID protocols make no sense and are not enforced properly (if you are sitting you don't have to have a mask on but if you are standing then you need to have one on - even if you are at your booth) I didn't know that 5ft and up is where COVID is spread! It makes no sense. Do not open your establishment if your rules are so dumb and you cannot enforce them properly! All the other places in Guelph are doing it right! Do not waste your time or money at this place.

Had Bottle service this weekend to Celebrate my sisters 30th birthday! What an amazing time we had! By far the best service I have ever had! Huge shout out to Kayla, Dani and Jon for making it memorable and for taking the time and effort into making sure everyone had a good time, as was well taken care of! I will definitely be back again! Hands down the best looking staff at any bar ive been to and they all deserve a raise, great atmosphere, incredible service and talented djs. it is truly a one of a kind hidden gem of guelphs nightlife, 11 out of 10 would recommend,
